PV day, total beginner in this section so forgive mistakes please!
B: Ex Light Philly in rolled turkey slices + mushrooms
Snack: .1% fat frozen yoghurt
Dinner: Home style yuk sung
Minced beef with diced pepper, onion & carrot dry fried with loads of dried chili, served with iceberg lettuce. Very spicy, very delish.
Snack: Oat bran microwave cake with sweetened philly as icing.
Snack: Slices of turkey
Exercise: 20 mins on wii fit
Many pints of water. I'm aiming to have a pint every 1.5 hours, so far so good.
Much tea and coffee.
