Infact yesterday at shopping i picked up 2 1/2 swedes for 9p each!! Going to cook them up tomorrow and that'll 2 days. There really is nothing wrong with it chick :giggle:

Yeah - the reason for the datess is it became law to put them on!! They have to err on the side of caution but your nose and tastebuds will tell you if something is 'off' I finished off the last of the yoghurts I bought before xmas the other night. They had 6th Jan on - that must have been 17th? xx

Have been invited out for drinks tomorrow night with my girlfriends not sure whether to go or not?

Its the night before WI!

Part of me really wants to go and say stuff it, I'm gonna weight heavy anyway especially with these bad boys (.)(.)

The other part of me says stay in a limit the damage

I'd go! It's not a meal-out, it's drinks out! Spirits and diet mixers (not wine/lager) not gonna show (certainly not by next day). So it cud just be like u,ve drank a ton of water the night b4...Sorted!!! Lol

Vodka, lime and soda is fine! Or gin just avoid the wine cos of the carbs and, for me at least, the bloody stuff slips down too easily.....

Emma, I have lost two friends in their 50's in the last month.......don't put off til tomorrow what you can do today! Ok I'd say differently if you were in the middle of LT but hey, you're not! You're young, slim and gorgeous so go for it

I know sandra life is too short.......I was feeling very bad today as the scales had crept up another lb and I dont know why so I tried on some tailored shorts I have since I was 19 and they fit perfectly.......think I'm going to have to get my head around its not weight thats important but how clothes fit perhaps? xx
