Really feeling ravenous tonight! Going to have a cup of bovril to see if that takes the edge off and stops me raiding the kitchen!!
 
Where are u - are you in NI or Ireland? I'm going to Belfast in April for hen weekend - just thinking Sat afternoon in Lipsy with a personal shopper sounds the business!
 
I'm in Dublin :( but do go to our Belfast store the manager there is amazing (well I did train her in lol) and she has a great team!! You wont leave empty handed x

I am just so frustrated!!! Scales has me up nearly half a stone. I mean I know I havent been a food angle but I havent been that bad :( I am due my totm this week, I'm bloated and my boobs have balloned to 3 times their normal!! It better be because of that or else!!!

Feel like giving up and just raiding the place!!

Don't do it. It'll be ur TOTM for definite! Ok so you've relaxed some but you've not been that bad and ur good days are normally well below your point allowance so it'll balance out!

God listen to me, I been stressing the same with a 4lb gain at w-end so I know how u feel. But miracles happen - I'm in shock cos that 4lb was gone thismorning - I too had TOTM so suspect that contributed! Stick in there - drink tons and I'll bet it's gone by end of week... We know it does this at TOTM but we still work ourselves into a tizz .... Why? We shud learn not to torture ourselves lol...

Hang on in there Emma - DEFFO not fat!!!!! Look at Vanessa!! (Glad that pesky 4 has gone for you hon) Raiding the place - though an understandable reaction will only make it worse.

Mfp is a pain in the @rse to get started on but worth it once you get into it and your regular foods are stored. I like the breakdown of protein, fat etc - gives you a really good idea of the nutrition you're getting. Certainly worth a try. xx

See this is exactly why I dont agree with weighing yourself every day. We all feel like giving up and going on a pure muching session at times but really its not going to help and will make you feel much worse.

Thanks girls for all the replies, I know its cause of my totm but even still I dislike it!!! My bf has been oogling my (.)(.) all day so they must be impressive as he is definitely not a (.)(.) man lol

Had brekkie today at 11am, didnt have lunch til 4pm as was busy cleaning then I went shopping for rugs and graphics so still havent made dinner!!

Emma, don't stress , you are probably right that it's totm that's the cause. You are managing food well and can't go too far wrong.
