Went out for dinner, honestly I am useless!!!! Am hoping the rest of my points today covers it!!!

After dinner I went to my pharmacist to confess how bad I've been over the past month. I told her everything, all about the takeaways I've been having, the drinking, the snacks..........and how I'm up like 3 or 4lbs. She was very supportive and lovely. We agreed I would go in on Friday the 25th for a proper WI so am really going to get my head into this. I dont know whats wrong with me..........I was doing so well :(
 
I feel the same - I really feel like going back to just 3 shakes for a couple of weeks.... Feel like I re-fed to early.... I feel bloated and horrible today!!!

What is your next step going to be?
 
I cant go back on shakes as my BMI too low so not allowed.........I did ask though :)

Plan of action is day 1 of refeed for next few days to get the taste of "snacks" out of my mouth!!!! This will hopefully get me back out of bad habits!!

Stop and think back to how you were before lipotrim ... do you really want to go back there? Because with all these takeaways etc thats where you are going to be ..... grab the bull by the horns and jump back aboard, starting now :) xxx

(p.s sorry if that comes across as really mean i honestly dont mean it to be mean i mean it in a supportive 'get a grip' way :eek:)
 
No tanya your so right!!!! I know all this like thats why I cant believe I'm being so stupid!!!! I never want to be back there again!!! Really gonna have to muster up all my willpower for this and get back to it!!

Emma, fair dues for resisting temptation today. I can't claim to be good at all today. Lush lunch to be followed by a dinner party in my friends tonight. So I dare not think of the consequences!!!!
