Went out for dinner, honestly I am useless!!!! Am hoping the rest of my points today covers it!!!
After dinner I went to my pharmacist to confess how bad I've been over the past month. I told her everything, all about the takeaways I've been having, the drinking, the snacks..........and how I'm up like 3 or 4lbs. She was very supportive and lovely. We agreed I would go in on Friday the 25th for a proper WI so am really going to get my head into this. I dont know whats wrong with me..........I was doing so well
