Oooooh ur back on WW! I been thinking about trying it again but nervous cos im not sure if the gains I had in Jan were due to my fruit not being counted or just cos it so soon after refeed after my 9 days on TFR after Xmas!

I know - if it's not broke, don't fix it - and mfp does work for me! I'm just conscious my cals are usually pretty low during week (800-900 for at least a couple of the days) and I'm not sure that's a healthy way to continue longterm! I like the principles behind WW where food types comes into it - might help me keep it more balanced! God I'm off rambling again...xx

The bf is thinking about doing ww for a few weeks before we go on holiday but he is allowed 54points a day aswell as the 49 for the week! He's struggling to find where he'd eat 54 in a day as we've tolled up what he eats - who knows! lol x

That's quite scary eh! You'd have to eat 'bad' to eat that amount surely! Or a ton of steak lol x

Yeah but the plus to that is u know that - and know it'll vanish just as quick! Just 'float a tanker' b4 bed and it'll shift even quicker - with water not alcohol lol. x

Well weighed myself this morning and scales said 10st 6lbs!!!!!!! :eek::eek::eek:

I know I had chinese last night but surely thats a bit excessive??? Totally freaked out now and really feel like going to hell with this!!!

I feel really bloated.......my boobs are swollen and I have a rock hard pot tummy......not amused! Feel like I'm due totm but Im not!!

Anyway have been to the chemist and got a supply of main bars......am going to have 2 bars and a protein meal for this week starting tomorrow!! I'm travelling on monday and tuesday so may be feasible but ill try make the best choices possible!!!
 
Don't worry 2 much Hun - the scales will prob go back down tomorrow - I felt the same 2 weeks ago - bloated etc...

Good plan for the bars and meals - carbs defo make me feel rubbish so cutting them out will help xx
 
I'm sure it just cos u ate ur noodles late on last night! Did you float the tanker before bed? x
