Change of plan with the food today as I ended up bumping into an old friend and we went to a thai place for lunch!!

B- Main bar (6pp)
L- Nasi Goreng (rice,chicken, prawns, veg)
D- none as lunch was filling!!

Emma, I see you are back to WW PP. It does seem to suit you as you feel best in control with it. that's what we all strive for, isnt it? Though it takes trial and error Good luck with pp.

Emma, just a thought, my sister said that she was having at least 32 pp a day......she was having less but she's started eating more and losing more, 5lbs in the last 2 weeks! She does exercise every day and rides too for a couple of hours a day. I was really strict on ww and found that the lbs didn't drop as quickly as I would've like, perhaps I didn't eat enough? I've never been able to get my head around starvation mode but I guess that it's right......

Hmm thats a good point Sandra..........I've been bad today and am certain to be bad tomorrow :) so might look on it like a little experiment :rolleyes:

Oh that was delicious!!!

We ordered a mixture of stuff so I had:

A few spoons of rice, house special curry (not all of it) hanful of chips, 2 chicken skewers in satay sauce!!

Still on my first glass of wine xx
 
Sounds lovely. I feel hungry tonight, first time in ages, just took a few biccies from the jar in the office..........hope it doesnt set my sweet tooth off.

Well have had the most fantastic day :) my two boys are really just so fabulous!!!

Pointing a bit difficult today but I dont really care! I felt great today in my jeans even though the scales was up 3lbs........think it was only cause of the chinese last night.........fingers crossed ha ha!!

Ok so Sunday's food:

B- Scrambled egg on toast and a glass of champagne in bed (thanks boys)
L- none
D- 3 slices of roast beef (no fat) heaped tblsp of potato, 2 roast potatoes, carrots, green beans and sprouts

Have had a couple of glasses of wine today am sure the bottle will be finished off but who cares!!

Thanks girls really was a lovely day!!! My bf has just made me a cheese toastie sambo was lovely, wine makes ya picky doesnt it :)

My best friend is coming to visit tomorrow with her baby :) yay!!!! Looking forward to tea and baby snuggles :)
 
Love the idea of the champagne in bed........you fit in really well around here - dont ya ;-)

Toddles off and sulks, working so cant have a drink lol.
