I just think scrambled eggs on it's own isn't substantial enough for your 1meal in the day. If you had say a fritatta with ham or aomething with some salad it'd be better for ya x
 
Fair point chick, I had a couple of cherry tomatos too but will be better prepared for tomorrow :)

Have just had my main bar there, was lovely!! Gonna try keep myself occupied this evening! Still have to shower, do my sit ups and pilates, paint my nails and try figure out what outfit to wear tomorrow!

I was very tempted today to have an icecream.........I was in the queue and was going to order a scoop of the chocowafer...........but I didnt :) I walked away and put the €3 in a charity box instead!!

Just had my Tuna salad there and it was gorgeous, will have my next main bar at about 8pm. I also had about 5 slices of cucumber this morning at about 7am as I was rushing to work, was starving and knew I wouldnt get to eat my bar till 12!!

Emma you are doing very well so just keep at it. Don't worry about the gain, wait till the official weigh in.
 
Thank you Molly :) I am finding it much easier the more I go on but still finding myself fighting against throwing snacks down my throat!! Not hungry just force of habit!!

I was having a look at the GL forum and found your diary! Fabulous!!

Well my bf has taken himself off to mcdonalds :mad:

I've insisted he eat it in his office!! He's developing a bad habit of ordering takeaway the night before my weigh ins!!!!

I dont want one, I'm nicely full up after my bar and I'm on my 4th litre of water but I begrudge the temptation being thrown my way!! :sigh:
 
Well just back from WI but my pharmacist wasnt there so poor old guy had to deal with me :)

Another 4lbs down this week.............taking me to goal!!!! I actually cant believe it......:)

Today is day 1 of official refeed so am sure I might go up a lb or 2 with that. If I can maintain now and not go above 139lbs I'll be a happy bunny :)

D- Lf Spaghetti Bolognese
Piece of fruit, lf yogurt

L- WM ham sandwich
D- Salmon fillet, baby potatos, veg
Piece of fruit, lf yogurt

Wednesday- Day 6

L- WM ham sandwich

What about w/m rice, instead of potatoes some day, you could always spruce it up with little bit of onion or mushroom or something similar. Sweet potato, have you tried that?

Not a fan of rice Mary..........unless its fried rice out of the chinese :(

Yep have read through Mollys receipes they sound gorgeous but I'm obviously not much of cook...........suppose I have to start sometime though!!
