No hun wont be going to the classes, just gonna count myself and WI with my pharmacy.........it worked for me for 5 months so hopefully it will again x

Thanks hun :) Not the style I usually wear but they just spoke to me!!!!

No babe gonna use the new Pro Points system.........its the only way I know. I started counting with pp in November last year and it worked for me maintaining but then I stopped counting after my birthday week at the start of march..........hence the gain!
 
I'm only asking these questions cos I'm wondering what to do next... Once I've run out of shakes - I'm not getting anymore so will be doing the refeed any day now...
I'm gutted i got so close to goal but messed it up the past couple of weeks :(
But I really need to break away from shakes :(

Me loves shoes also - tho my pelvis creaked in protest just at the sight of the heel size lol x
 
Same here atm hun it sucks :( And I can never find any pretty sensible shoes! My specialist always tells me off for because I like my pumps too much!
 
I used to live in heals - really need to start watering them again cos I'm so short lol :)
 
Lol I was worried the heel wont be high enough!! I wear heels everyday in work not heels like those of course ;)

Sarah why dont you follow day 1 of refeed with the maintenance products for 1 week, then follow full refeed plan 100% , then try WW? Its really easy............I was loving life when I was counting! You can eat whatever you want once you count it :)
 
I've been doing day 1 of refeed since Monday - gonna do the proper refeed from Friday I think...

I'm a bit worried about WW cos of the "free food" and I've tried it in the past and never lost weight - although I still ate bagels etc at the time (I really try not to eat bread now)

My instructor gave me a plan yesterday that I might follow - I'll try and post it on here :)
 
Well the only free food is fruit and veg hun. I found it great for maintaining although one of my girls in work lost 2st on it x

Well done on the 1lb loss chick - and in my eyes we don't everrrrr need an excuse to buy shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
