Yep the very one Tanya they leave on Wednesday

Ok so had the best night last night but alot of cocktails

Drinks last night:

2 x glasses red wine
1 Mojito
1 Cosmopolitan
4 Strawberry Cosmopolitan

My friend bought me a Flirtini then but after the first sip I knew it would take me from being merry to absolutely drunky!!!

Also I had a burger and chips from mc donalds before I went out last night, I'm not beating myself up though as havent had one in months!

Totm should be along in the next few days its amazing the affect it has on my body!! Tummy always looks swollen, my boobs go up two cup sizes and my waist disappears!!!

Well was a bit bad yesterday but not the worst!! Took my fabulous boyfriend with Jack for a well deserved Fathers Day meal

Sunday

B- 2 small sausage rolls (for the hangover you understand!)
L/D- Pub food!! Chicken wings, burger (no bun) with saute potaos and some garlic mayo
3x glasses red wine

Monday

B- Fruit
L- M+S chicken, tomato and basil pasta salad, plus a few prawns
D- 4 lf cream crackers with lf cheese
S- half a M+S cookie and some jellies

Sad day today My bestfriend is moving to Australia tomorrow.....she came over today with baby Aoibhe and we were just so unbelieveably sad when the time came to say goodbye

Also have my big meeting tomorrow with my area manager cant even think about it at the minute, feeling unprepared.

Tuesday

B- Main bar
L- Wrap with chicken, pesto, peppers, onion and mozarella put under the grill for 2 mins
S- aero biscuit, half a mint crisp, a pickle
D- nothing yet- will prob have scrambled eggs on toast or cheese on crackers

How do you pronounce the baby's name?

Oh the name is pronounced Ava, Aoibhe is the Irish spelling of it. xx

I realised it was an Irish thing which was why I asked. It always used to amuse me when I used to watch Brookside donkey's years ago. There was a woman in it who couldn't read & write. I used to say it was no wonder when people called her Neave and spelt it Niamh!!! xx

I know how you feel honey. My daughter jets off to Australia in August, I am already feeling sad, I don't know how I am going to cope when she has departed. But then you have to let go off them, they have to fly the nest:cry:

Big meeting today!! Nervous Nervous Nervous!! Heading into work a couple of hours early to get some more prep done!! No doubt will be in my office all day so no idea about food......my AM isnt one to take lunches ha! I'm going to bring in some yogurt and fruit to snack on in case that is the case and plan on plenty of water..........I've really let my water intake slide since last week

Wednesday

D- Prob scrambled eggs when I get home with WG toast
