Weather was absolutely beautiful wasnt it?? Scorching! Yep have no intentions of continuing being bad this week have decided to have porridge my brekkie tomorrow :) yum yum!

So food for tomorrow!

Monday

B- Porridge with jam (4pp)
L- M+S chicken pasta salad (10pp)
S- half a crunchie (3pp)
D- 4 cream crackers, 2 slices lf cheese (6pp)
Milk (1pp)

Bottle of red wine (18pp)

Sounds like it was beautiful everywhere but here! It was warm here but chucking it down, thunder, lightening the lot!!
I spoke to my son who lives 20 miles away from us and they were having their tea in the garden while I was looking out the window at torrential rain!
Fingers crossed for tomorrow as it's the little'un's birthday party - bouncy castle, trampoline ..... be awful if it's like today! :fingerscrossed: xx

Well I had the worst day ever yesterday!! Honestly I really felt I needed to cut myself into 4 and have a piece of my everywhere!!!

I have updated food......ended up having wine last night :eek: I needed it!!!

Bit of a weird day today, I'm working until Midnight so I'm not in work till 4pm........hmmmm not sure how to structure my food now :confused:
 
Emma, sounds like you are a very busy girl. Try and plan out your food as it will be easier for you to stay on track whilst you are so busy.
Keep at it hon.
 
The weather was kind till after 6.30pm so we couldn't grumble really and the bouncy castle was covered so they were able to stay on that even when it did rain!

Too late for advice on how to structure your food. I'd have said eat when you're hungry and make healthy choices but maybe Molly's way would suit you better :) .... xx

Oh and I hope today was better than yesterday - though an excuse to have wine is never a completely bad thing ;) xx

Hi all :)

Have been missing past few days as I have been unbelievable busy and stressed out in work.............have been working some ridiculous long hours and I am wiped!!!

Food hasnt been amazing but hasnt been awful iykwim? However due to working such odd hours my eating pattern is out of sync and I am feeling very bloated and sluggish. I also havent done any sit ups for 2 weeks and the difference is shocking!!

So am biting the bullet and weighing in tomorrow and am getting a grip on myself to get back into my food routine. Hope your all well, will try catch up on everyones threads xx
 
Good luck for the weigh in. It will give you the spur you need to get back on track.
 
WI today and have STS as 2 weeks ago. Feeling ok with that as have been bad but do want to lose this excess 4lbs asap.
 
That's a pretty good result considering hon! Hope you're not too stressed. Look after yourself xx
 
A STS is a great result as it means sub consciously you are making some good choices. You can get back to more strict eating now.

Phew finally have a chance to get on here!! I hope your all keeping well??? I have just been so busy its unfair! Still have not officially started the new role but I unofficially have iykwim!! Being worked to the bone so I am!!

Anyway I have had a bad weekend food wise and I need to get back to tracking my menus. I went to buy some maintenance bars today as
ran out a couple of weeks ago and I think I have a better chance of being good if I have them!! Even though I had a sts last week I feel heavier, I stopped doing my sit ups after hols and I've really noticed the difference...........so I've started back today!

Tuesday

B- Main bar
L- Main bar
D- ww tomato soup and tuna salad

Am defintiely going to try increase my water as I have let that slide also :(
 
It's easy when you are so busy to lose sight of food intake. If you want to maintain your losses and not yo yo it has to become second nature to make healthier choices. You have been doing that with your STS last week. So just keep doing a double take before you eat. If you really desire it then allow yourself, if you don't need it then don't have it. Keep up the water intake too as it does help.
 
Wednesday

S- Chopped banana in a bowl with lf strawberry yogurt
D- half lean steak with salad and 4 bits of garlic bread

Thanks guys :) I had a day off today and just rested!! I'm heading to Belfast in the morning for the day to train the new manager there in a new procedure so will be a long day!
 
Wow what a busy lady you have been! Hope you manage to fit in some you time as well!
