Size 10 wow have a good night

Friday- off plan.. and then some..

Breakfast- felt so sick yesterday morning with this cold that fruit etc was turning my stomach. I ended up with a couple of ryvitta and dairylea.

Lunch- pasta veg and quorn steak.

Took a cereal bar with my as my 2nd heb for when I was out. Food at the venue was chip vans, chips and burgers in the cafe and so on. Nthing veggie friendly so I had a bag of crisps 8syns and a fredo bar 5 syns. of syns on vodka and tonic, honestly couldn't guestimate how much. But had a brilliant night and will be going back again I think!

At home I had 2 big jacket potatoes, beans and hea of cheese made by my dh. And a merengue at 6 syns

Saturday

Feeling a bit delicate today between mini hangover, lack of sleep, stomach cramps and stupid cold! So food isn't really up to much in terms of superfree etc. but i am on plan in terms of trying to not go over syns etc. Don't know what last night's excesses will have done to my wi tomorrow, nothing good I'm sure. With such a blow out, a sts would probably be good.

Had a coffee and half a wheaten scone at lunchtime (other half stolen by ds1) so 8 syns roughly.

Had a quorn sausage, quark and tomato sandwich on heb of wm bread.

Dinner- have a sw pizza and chips ready to go (hea for cheese).

Wi this morning and half a pound off! Pleased with that i had a cheeky mid week weigh in that put me at a pound off so goes to show how quickly you can undo good work...

Breakfast- porridge and yogurt with strawberries.

Lunch- jacket potatoes, quorn sausages (2 syns), sweetcorn, tomatoes. Tiny piece of fudge ( 2 syns).

Rice crispie bun 9 syns

Dinner- curry- mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, tofu, passata, chilli and spices with rice.
Dh served this with a bit of nann bread so rather than hurt his feelings i ate it ;) prob 8 ish syns. Call it my wi day treat!

hea- milk plus babybel light
heb- porridge and chewy bar

Monday

Back to being good! Aiming for 100% again this week but will take it one day at a time as always.

Breakfast 3 ryvitta dairylea light and tomato

Lunch tofu curry and jacket potato

Dinner not sure but maybe a risotto followed by a choc sundae 8.5 syns as they need used up. Any excuse!

The usual fruit and yogurts for between meals and try and save a heb for supper if i want it.
 
Keeping to plan fine today although wasnt feeling great in the afternoon and was tempted to reach for the chocs! Heading home to do some baking for a do tomorrow night, offered to do it for my mum and just hope i can resist them myself!
 
Yesterday evening was a bit random. I had sausages beans and mash for dinner. I also baked raspberry oat slices and vanilla cupcakes of which i managed to resist eating in all their entirety but i am allocating all yesterdays syns for spoon licking etc lol. Not sure how else to syn that.

So i finished up

Tuesday

Finding it so hard to get up these mornings and was totally disorganised today. So thinking back to what i threw in my bag food will poss be random! Highlights include a celery stick and a whole pepper?!

Breakfast 2x ryvitta fruit crunch quark and strawberries.

Lunch bean chilli taken from freezer- hoping it defrosts in time-with jacket potato.

Snacks will be fruit yogurts and celery and pepper slices with babybel.

Not sure about dinner yet- didnt make the risotto last night as i was too busy baking so i might make that tonight.
 
Well that's the kids in bed, finally tired them out! We had a lovely evening just pottering about the garden and had dinner outside. Even the most ordinary thing tastes lovely outdoors.

Tuesday-

Breakfast 2x ryvitta fruit crunch quark and strawberries- lush!

Banana, apple

Lunch bean chilli with jacket potato.

activia yogurt

Dinner- 2x mini wm rolls (heb), hea of cheese, quorn sausage and mf burger (0.5 syns), salad, mullerlight milk choc dessert 5 syns

hea- 2
heb- 2
syns- 5.5 plus my choc sundae in a mo will make it 14.
 
Hump day

Breakfast ryvitta fruit crunch quark and strawberries

Lunch veg and rice with lots of soy sauce. The rice is one of the frozen fusion rice bags so need to check syns for that.

Snacks will be the usual yogurt and fruit.
 
Lol hump day means wednesday the middle of the week- once you get over that hump it is nearly the weekend! Must be a local thing i suppose u could take it a couple of ways!

Back at the hospital on 21st so we will see how things go. Having good days and bads days at the mo but it is better than all bad abd the tremors etc aren't just as bad.

I was doing well with the food until i went to a cake sale at work. Oh dear so many nice things and for charity as well it would have been rude not to :p
 
So i've been keeping to plan just about this week.

Had my ryvitta and quark for breakfast it is perfect on sunny mornings.

Smallest aero choc traybake i could see at work cake sale. Would guess 7.5 syns- it was tiny.

Rice fusion 2.5 syns and some broccoli and cauliflower for lunch.

Banana and apple mid afternoon.

On the train home from work and am really peckish as well. And i have biscotti and rhubarb crumble buns in my bag from work....

Will have to have something super quick when i get in and then sort dinner.
 
Oh the perils of a sneaky mid week weigh in... some weeks it keeps you on track and others it makes you want to raid the biscuit tin.

Stepped on the scales this morning and it is showing a 1lb gain so far?! Dont really understand that as i have been on plan this week albeit at the top end of the syns each day but still.

Any pointera as to where i am going wrong or should i just wait it out til sunday and hope its a blip? Could be meds but then i've lost the past two weeks.. hmm wish i hadnt bothered now lol.
 
Thursday plan

Breakfast baked beans and quorn sausages and a slice of wm with spread 1 syn

Lunch- the rest of my mushy pea curry and rice.

Dinner- pasta n sauce 0.5 syns, sweetcorn and cherry tomatoes.

tesco light choices cereal bar- less cals, fat, sugar, salt and more fibre than a chewy bar so i am subbing it as a heb! Spelga vanilla and choc yogurt- 1 syn

hea- milk and a babybel
heb- 1.5
syns- 3.5

It's Friday!!!!

What a gorgeous day out. My dh is doing a 14k hike for the tiny life charity today and i wish i could join him! (They were v good when ds1 was born early). But unfortunately i have meetings so off to work i go.

Breakfast ryvitta dark rye x3, dairylea light, cherry tomatoes.

Dinner is at mums tonight so dont know what i'll be getting.

Going to pick up some yogurts on the way into work, i think co-op have activia 0% on offer.
