Friday Cont'd

Dinner- quorn cottage pie 2.5 syns, mushrooms 2 syns (for butter), potatoes, lots of salad, peas.

Bowl of bran flakes (heb) with splash of milk (rest of hea).

Packet of cheese puffs 3 syns

hea- 2
heb- 1.5
syns- 7.5 so far... still very nibblish not sure what to have.
 
Saturday 8th

Another gorgeous day and spent most of it outside. Ds2 snoozing on me as we speak the heat has tired him out!

No breakfast this morning.

Lunch was a salad sandwich- tomato peppers scallions and lettuce with dairylea light. Banana. Heb and part hea.

At the in laws in the afternoon had tiny bun and half a slice of toast guessing 8 syns approx.

Dinner will be sw enchiladas and chips. Hoping to get a chance to make the half syn roulade as well and if i have the syns i night add an options to it this time and see what thats like.

Really have a notion for glass of wine or a beer but am trying to resist!

So i have been 100% on plan this week and got a sts. Bit gutted tbh but never worry better than the gain i was showing mid week.

Off plan today big time lol but i will have the rest of the week to work it off so i am not too bothered.

Will update my food later if i get a chance. X
 
Well yesterday was a bit of a write off in terms of syns.....

Breakfast bran flakes

Small scone and jam

Lunch tortillla wrap hummous tomato peppers lmc sausages shape yogurt mini roll.

Dinner falafel and mini waffles with crisps hummous and a box (yes a box not a bag) of malteasers. A snickers flapjack and 2 glasses of wine.

Oh dear! Wish i could say it was worth it but a lot of it was being bad for bads sake and i just feel sluggish this morning.

Anyway moving onwards....
 
Monday

Breakfast either toast with dairylea and tomato or porridge and strawberries.

Lunch jacket potato and baked beans with a babybel.

Yogurts banana pineapple etc. for snacks.

Dinner will be something free just not sure what yet. Maybe mash veg and quorn fillets with a quark sauce.

hi Ria, i did something similar the weekend too only it was with cake lol. it must be the sunshine driving us all mad. your right a sts is not too bad id be happy with that when ive overdone it too, not to worry, another week started. we will be better next week. when is your hospital appointment ? it must be soon

Hi moira, yes back at hospital next so getting bloods done this week. So tired I ended up taking a half day from work today and going home to bed, although in this weather it is probably not a bad thing to do!

And I agree the sunshine sent us all nuts, we just don't know what to do with it here! But cake certainly seems like a plan.
 
Monday-

Breakfast- 2 small slices wm bread, dairylea light and tomato.

Pineapple and strawberries, yougurt.

Lunch- tin of sainsburys ravioli

2 quorn sausages (free), shape crumble yogurt 0.5 syns, orange.

Dinner if you can call it that was 2 slices wm bread, dairylea light, marmite and tomato. Bowl of granola and splash of milk 10 syns. I was just too tired to make anything or be bothered eating anything last night.

Tuesday-

So very tired today and that gloomy weather doesn't help!

Breakfast- 35g porridge, yogurt and strawberries.

Pineapple and strawberries, babybel (part hea).

Orange and alpen light bar part heb.

Lunch- pasta n sauce with sweetcorn 0.5 syns

Half slice of toast with jam 4 syns? Hardly worth my while but felt left out when everyone else was eating it!

Dinner- potatoes, veg, quorn fillets topped with asda ratatouille (rest of hea, 0.5 syns for half can).

sorry to hear you are so tired, your body is telling you to slow down and you did the right thing going to bed for a rest. im thinking of doing some green days the only thing is i hate that quorn stuff so will have no meat so i can have 2 HEb instead, im really craving bread lol
 
Yes that is the best bit about green days i couldnt do without the bread and cereal at all. Just make sure and use plenty of lentils and beans in whatever you cook. Quorn is ok bit my dh cant stand it and says the texture is all wrong. It has been so long from i have had meat that i honestly wouldnt know but the soya mince seems to go down better in our house.

Think the wee rest did me a bit of good yesterday, had the house to myself for a few hours which was a novelty! How are you feeling yourself? Are you getting your meds sorted?
 
Wednesday 12th june

Breakfast- porridge (heb) yogurt and strawberries

dairylea light ryvitta and tomato ( 3syns)

Lunch mug shot quorn fillets and rest of ratatoulie 0.5 syns

chewy bar, apple

Dinner at mums... stew; fine 2 syns for gravy, 3 small pieces of baguette- reckoned 9 syns was ok for that. Wasn't going to bother but thought since we werent having dessert it would be ok..

then mum sat down ice cream stawberries and cheesecake all arranged beautifully on the plate. Well I couldn't say no!

So-

Heb- 2
Syns- 14.5 plus dessert... so I would reckon 35 for the day at least. Oh dear.

And I was also nearly asleep before the kids last night. Lay down on my bed after putting them down and just didn't get up again lol.

Thursday 13th

After last nights excursion off plan I will have to try and limit the damage for this weeks weigh in *sigh*. I have been so good the past month bar a blip on Sunday and then dinner last night, it is just a shame I haven't been seeing the good of it on the scales.

Breakfast- rice pudding with shape 0% and strawberries- free

Lunch- superspeed soup (free), 2 slices wm bread with hea of cheese melted (heb and hea)
Apple

Coffe 3 syns and half a choc coin 2.5 syns

Dinner was fresh pasta with pesto and tomatoes 7 syns

60g wm bread and dairylea triangle (heb and part hea) spoonful of picallili 1 syn

Friday 14th june

Hurray its friday!

Damage limitation didnt go so good yesterday but i still kept in my syn limit so not too bad i guess. Today might be a bit more tricky as heading out for lunch.

Breakfast- wm bagel i've weighes out 60g which is roughly 3/4 of it. Bit of a tweak but nice for a change. Having it with diarylea light trianglea and tomatoes.

Strawberries, bananas, oranges and yogurt for snacks. I might make a curry for dinner tonight i think and pack in plenty of superfree.

Also going to get dh to pop into holland and barret and get me some scan bran. I actually quite like it and am going to try the scan bran pizzas at the weekend.
 
Well I have been hiding from here as I have been off plan lol.

Scone for lunch on friday, crusty bread and all sorts of delicious but syn full salads and cheese on friday for dinner. And dessert. And wine....

More of the same yesterday- salad in white rolls, vege burgers, coleslaw, pavlova, wine, crisps, chocolate. I have been on plan for breakfast and that is about it.

I braved the scales this morning although I was so tempted to give them a miss- hopped on to see a 2.5 lb gain. So I am back on plan as of now and not waiting it out til Monday again. The sooner I take back control the better!

Sunday 16th June

Beakfast- rice pudding made with water- yogurt stirred in 0.5 syns and lots of stawberries.

Lunch we actually ended up having a picnic so i had a free couscous salad with a mini fudge 2. 5syns a cappucino 3 syns and 2 biscuits 4 syns and strawberries.

Dinner was mash and sausage casserole, lots of veg. Boys had cake and custard for dessert and I made a 2 and a half syn roulade for myself.

Slice of wm bread part heb and dairylea triangle marmite and an orange.

We went out for father's day and did plenty of walking.

Hea- milk, dairylea cheese
Heb- 0.5 only half a slice of wm
Syns 12.5

Monday 17th june

Breakfast not looking like i will be getting much. Just out of the doctors after getting my bloods done and have to get to work now. Will try and have some of my roulade on the train. Wont be synning it today as it had been synned yesterday. Coffee with sugar 0.5 syns.


Lunch is couscous salad with leftover sausage casserole (free) 2x scan bran and dairylea light triangle

oranges nectarine 2x scan bran and dairylea light triangle

Dinner mash baked beans lmc italian sausages 1.5 syns. Mini bar of green and blacks 4 syns.

Heb of wm bread lf spread and jam (4 syns)

Thanks Moira, at the hospital on Friday and really hoping they can sort me out, am so tired all the time it is getting draining. They couldn't give me the past results in the docs which was a shame but hopefully my consultant can give me them on Friday.
