LUNCH:

Made a Wholemeal loaf in bread maker (big mistake as I ate far too much with marg & jam)

57g wholemeal bread HEb + Lots extra = 6+
Fruit salad, quark
2 x scan bran = 2

TEA:

Chips, gammon, beans
1 x cheesecake muller yoghurt = ??
3 x crunch cream biscuits = ??


HEALTHY EXTRAS:

The day started off well but come the eveving it went pair shaped.

For breakfast & Lunch I was having a GREEN day

But for my TEA I caved in to having Fish & Chips from the Chippy:break_diet: then went out for drinkies with my friends and then at 1am I caved in again and had a chicken burger in a bun :eek::eek::eek:

So I have drawn an extra big fat line under today and will get straight back on the SW Wagon.

If I dont you have permission to kick me up the bum.
