Day 1 tomorrow

Those are lush hun! Why are you replacing them you loon!!! lol It would go with my Kenwood....and i'd have to get a stone Onmiblend too lol

Only 3lbs Tink! dont get too excited!!! ;) She was 3lbs 7oz bless her :) My teeny tiny skinned rabbit!

What is on the menu tonight Tigg? I can recommend the Salted caramel green tea! Its £2.50 for 20 but i'm going back to waitrose tomorrow to buy their remaining stock lol xx

Well in the end I have made three different meals. Chilli chicken with salad for Iain (business partner), soft boiled egg with asparagus for dipping instead of soldiers (for me) and chicken chow mien (for hubby). Listed in order of preparation.

Now more knackered but I have a full belly and one more product to have.

The kettle etc are nice, why the new ones Autumn?

Oh and well done on the loss Lizz. 3lbs is 3lbs and 5 lbs is more than 1/3 of a stone in two weeks. How far from goal are you now?

Yummy are you still 810 then hun? I want eggs and asparagus when I go ss+ on Cornwall.
I'm revamping the kitchen that's all whilst I save up for an extension and de cluttering that's all and cos I don't know what to spend my vouchers on lol xx

i dont think i'd have the energy to prepare 2 meals let alone 3! Freya eats at school mostly so i dont have to cook but when i do, she's happy to eat the same as me. I have the least picky child ever! She's been drinking spinach/pineapple/mint/apple smoothies that i made when my nutribullet turned up! She loves smoothies. She had raw mushrooms with sushi tonight at her request lol

Thanks hun! i still have at least 1 stone 9lbs to lose to get me to my original 11 stone target and i'll be a size 10 at that weight.
I'm thinking more 2 stone 2 still to go, but that will be post-barbados now i think. i'll stay 100% now until barbados either on SS+/810/1000 and then do a couple of SS+ weeks when i get back to correct the "damage" lol. Its all in the plan! lol

I don't have enough fruit in to move up to step 3 at the mo so sticking to 2 rather than end up doing something between the two!

That makes sense autumn. I understand the renewing of stuff, my old stuff usually gets burnt!

For me to be a size 10 I need to be 9stone. It's rubbish being this short! Once I'm at goal I'll have to stick to fewer calories than I realised just to maintain! Being short is rubbish!!! And I can never reach anything. ;-)

How are your losses with what you're going hun? You still losing?

Ha ha that must be rewarding burning old clothes?

My mate is 11 stone and a size 14. I weight really heavy and I don't know why. It's irritating!
Ha ha you wear heels a lot?

Current loss: 30lbs and 24inches

To be a size 10 I would have to be 9 1/2 stone and I'm 5ft 6 xz

Why do I weigh so heavy for my size then? Do I have a problem? Lol medically not sanity wise ;) xx

Current loss: 30lbs and 24inches

I'm still losing a bit. I only have 3lbs to go to goal so once I get to Friday I'll be heading up the steps again.

I dunno about you weighing heavy Lizz but if you are a happy size 10 at your goal weight then it doesn't matter!

As for the heels I would but I had compartment syndrome in both legs and an op so I can't really other than special occasions.

Wow that's exciting hun!!! I bet you're thrilled? :)

I went to the doctors in 2009, size 10, 11 stone, 'healthy' and begged for a tummy tuck. The doctor said due to economy no surgery etc (which was fine) but then added 'but lose another 2 stone just so you're properly in the 'healthy' bmi range. Safe to say I went home and binged like a crazy woman!

What's that hun??? I have arthritis in my right toe apparently so heels don't work for me very often either

Current loss: 33lbs and 27.5inches

But I'm 15-2 (this morning) and a size 14-16 so who knows really going off what your friend weighs for a size 14 means I'm heavy too. It's all relative. A girl I know is super fit n healthy does that cross fit competitions and is a size 10 however has been rejected from armed forces due to her bmi. Go figure and that was last week xx

Lizz here's the page for ss+ only says chilli powder will fresh chilli be ok? Xx

If your muscular bmi just doesn't work! Theoretically I could be 7stone and still healthy! What utter nonsense!

The muscles in my legs were getting too big for the fascia they're in. I wasn't exercising or body building or anything just day to day activities. I didn't know what it was but I would walk to the shop and my lower legs would hurt and go solid as if they had cramp. Then my feet would go numb. I lived with it for 7 years before going for a walk one day and finding that after 5 minutes my legs just wouldn't move. It was so painful and due to numb feet I tripped up a lot. But an op on both legs fixed it! I'm still at risk of developing it again so have to be careful I don't over exercise any muscle. That's why I have lumpy legs. The scars are hardly visible any more but the muscle under the skin still stick out oddly alongside my shin.

It's not that common either is it I've never met anyone whose had it and the op although they suspect lots of oeople have it and like u did for 7 years they just live with it. That was when I did general med so I'm going back a few years now like but keeping your weight down will defo help it stop redeveloping too xx

That makes me feel a lot better. My *****y friend at work who always has to go one better than me thinks I'm 8.5 stone! Phahaha xx

I think people tend to get it acutely and it's considered a runners or athletes problem chronically. I certainly wasn't an athlete and there no real understanding of what caused it. I was lucky it was spotted (the physio I went to see had just had an op for it!) but it took a year of weekly deep tissue massage before they agreed I needed the op. Chronically if you don't know different then you can just live with it and I did until I had that acute episode. So it's pretty rare. Lots of people (docs, physio etc) told me to lose weight but being unable to exercise without pain in my legs made it hard. It's not until Cambridge that I found a way to do it. But I have to admit that I exercise sooo much more now that there's no constant pain. It's so freeing to be pain free.

Oh b*gger :(
Well I'm not stopping now. It's good for the metabolism, why it's not on the list is beyond me! Omg I'm officially cheating with chilli :/

It must be worrying knowing it could come back again? I feel for you hun xx

Yeah I remember all this. Just told jay and he remembers too from his general med days as he always wanted to see it in theatre. U can only imagine what a pair of medical geeks we are haha. Sounds like you're doing everything right then hun xx
