Afternoon ladies Well I've been swimming - but my god I felt heavy when I got out the pool lol dunno if that's the hydrotherapy?? I have been shopping - but only retuned with weed killer, but also got some shampoo, conditioner and some water -- haven't bought any garden furniture ....... Yet!!!! Lol!! Thats rubbish about the joules sale Autumn is it the same online?? Lizz it must be so nice to work from home!! xx

Probably your muscles all working hun! Haha well done on resisting the garden furniture! I have all the furniture for Freya's new room ordered so I have the shopping baton today!

Yeah it's much more peaceful that's for sure lol I get loads more done as well xx

Yes same online. I have swopped a hat though and bought a dress tunic. It's no stretch in it and the 16 was too big so that's good. Did a small walk really only burned 200 cals off so am not too stressed about getting wiped plus I'm having the extra products anyway. Jays on about coming here at weekend and staying over. I honestly dony feel I have the willpower tho at the moment for that. Not like at home where I can hide whilst he eats. He's had a pasty today and now we are at the services and he's having a pulled pork BBQ roll as they have a fresh BBQ stall it's a west moorland services so No brands like costa or anything xx

Have you at least Had fun? That's good then re the additional product.

Ouch I don't think I could watch someone eat pulled pork. I like it too much!!! xx

Ive never liked olives either Lizz - how strange!!

My evening consists of ... Putting kids to bed, Ironing (woo), some time on my exercise bike (which is gonna be a struggle tonight) then a nice bubbly bath n a hair treatment followed by some tv time and a bar!! What about everyone else??

Yeah it as waitrose for the tea tink! I've had 3 today! They are beautiful!





A random yet yummy mix if chicken, prawns, mushrooms and spinach with cress on the top! It's bloody gorgeous!

I've really enjoyed it! It's nice to have different flavours going on. I've got the same for dinner tomorrow. I have a chicken and mushroom soup now and a bar for later.

Omg I've found a ballet exercise DVD! It's amazing!!!! Really felt my thighs working today that's for sure xx

Waitrose and marks and Spencer's teamed with aldi in this house. My mom goes to aldi for me and gets bits for Freya and I, and then I supplement with waitrose and m&s as they are the only supermarkets in harborne and waitrose is free parking lol. Freya loves there cakes...no shock there.

Ok eating seems to be making me really bloated! What am I doing wrong??? xx

We skyped jays parents when we got back from the lakes as they flew home to Dubai last Sunday. Mira was asking after you all 'the little diet friends.' This is how she describes you. See if u can spot yourself

How's the one with the dangerous job who you said eats more than you cos she's slim now!!!!
And how's the one whose moving house (has she moved) and has she had any interactions with that man from work yet? Why doesn't she see of the man from work will go and snot her ex husband he sounds a right devil.

Well I've had 4 products milk and water today and look like I'm 8 months pregnant I think the humidity has a lot to do with it. I'm so tired just having a lye down lol. Dogs have got their second wind now and running wild downstairs I can hear them ha. They go to the hospital tomorrow where jay works for their voluntary work it's their Thursday job there's a rehab ward there and a different patient each week gets given responsibility of a dog each to make sure their water bowl is full they've had a wee outside (it's a secure unit) and they get to generally stroke their designated dog and play outside in the compound with her weather permitting. Very therapeutic but god sometimes they come home stinking lol. Mental health wards (male ones) are a tad stinky tho. Jay sprays them with a conditioner freshened spray before he puts them in his previous car gives them a brush and they come home lovely and tired too. Xx
