Nothing it will settle down don't be getting all worked up and paranoid now missy I know what your like over analysing everything lol. As your little diet friend I feel I can say this to you.
We skyped jays parents when we got back from the lakes as they flew home to Dubai last Sunday. Mira was asking after you all 'the little diet friends.' This is how she describes you. See if u can spot yourself
How's the one who likes shopping and got bit by a snake
How's the one with the dangerous job who you said eats more than you cos she's slim now!!!!
And how's the one whose moving house (has she moved) and has she had any interactions with that man from work yet? Why doesn't she see of the man from work will go and snot her ex husband he sounds a right devil.
Hahaha jay said afterwards 'what the fack have you been telling my mother about your Cambridge friends' I think she thinks it's a sitcom lol. I think I'm in hysteria tonight omg someone spend me to bed lol I don't even know why I'm laughing and whose more funny jay or his mum xxx

Absolutely love it!!!! I can't figure out which one is me tho lol ??!!! :-/ she sounds like a fab mother in law!! xx

Not sure what's happening re them coming back now as they weren't meant to be as wedding in aug was in Dubai and cos of the brides sick mum situation it's now local so they gotta fly home here but they've not had chance to sort it out yet.

Well I've had 4 products milk and water today and look like I'm 8 months pregnant I think the humidity has a lot to do with it. I'm so tired just having a lye down lol. Dogs have got their second wind now and running wild downstairs I can hear them ha. They go to the hospital tomorrow where jay works for their voluntary work it's their Thursday job there's a rehab ward there and a different patient each week gets given responsibility of a dog each to make sure their water bowl is full they've had a wee outside (it's a secure unit) and they get to generally stroke their designated dog and play outside in the compound with her weather permitting. Very therapeutic but god sometimes they come home stinking lol. Mental health wards (male ones) are a tad stinky tho. Jay sprays them with a conditioner freshened spray before he puts them in his previous car gives them a brush and they come home lovely and tired too. Xx

I love that the dogs get a day out at the rehab ward! It must really help with giving purpose to people's lives.

Oh believe me I get enough stories off jay lol. He is the early intervention consultant but has worked on the wards and was a registrar on a low secure rehab unit for 12 months too lol xx

Jays gutted we aren't going over now but we will prob go after Xmas depending on what's happening at home now as we have the Peak District in September a little weekend in the Yorkshire dales after the wedding in August and we are in Lake District for a week in nov so no holidays left haha xx

Do not dulcolax it's just paranoia hun cos it's all new if u have a product in the morning and then rest and meal later in day will help u go loo too and having food will help u with the fibre side of things xx
He's been a psychiatrist for 6 years in September that's how long he's been a consultant for he's very business orientated which he gets from his dad and that's why he does his private practice one evening a week and he does private work with police too xx

I am definitely a night owl Autumn -- I feel quite lonely lol when you all head off to bed early!! I drive myself mad cos it promise myself all day that'll I have an early night then when it comes to it I'm wide awake, then feel dreadful in the morning lol!!

I'm really craving a glass of rosé tonight!!! I haven't had one for over 3 years n feel annoyed with myself that I didnt have one when I was off plan lol!! Mind you I'm a complete lightweight so would prob be away with the fairies with half a glass!! xx

Yeah wedding is local now so that her mum can go inbeyween treatments. They've not told us all too much they're the ones who don't live on the doorstep to rest of us and they're the eldest couple and like to keep them selves to themselves they cancelled the Dubai wedding when her mum was diagnosed then re booked somewhere local then told us all. They'd booked the whole wedding package as one purchase luckily so they could cancel the whole event flights and hotel etc. They still get married same day then we are having 2 nights in Yorkshire dales that weekend following the wedding as it's BH weekend in August. We can go to Dubai anything with jays folks living there anyway so it will be ok xx

Yes I did have the tuna nicoise. Half the tuna allowance and a boiled egg with salad leaves and some green beans. It's really nice because the egg give a bit of a dressing if you soft boil it. I will have a look at your list and give it the stamp of approval ;-)

There's a nice daal recipe that is step ss+ or 2 and you can make baked falafel. That was good!

Shame about the trip autumn. Maybe something else will come up later in the year instead.

How can you have Dahl as you can't have chick peas on ss+
Here's my list

SS+ meals

170g turkey in a maggi so tender with salad and cucumber (40g each)

112.5g cottage cheese with 92g prawns flaked chillis and mushrooms and salad leaves (40g of each)

230g basa in a maggi so tender with salad leaves

200g quorn pieces with 60g mushroom and 20g Chinese leaves with chilli powder and soup for sauce

170g chicken skewered on BBQ with salad leaves and balsamic

2 large eggs poached with 80g asparagus

92.5g prawns with 115g basa in maggi so tender garlic with salad leaves


What u think? Maggi so tender are just sheets of paper ready spiced n v low carb I checked x

You can have Dahl with lentils and chick peas on step 2. It is something to look forward to. I tried smoked tofu. It tastes ok but I couldn't manage the whole allowance and gave up part way through.
