Rice and peas are at this moment in time boiling away in chicken stock, and some chopped ham will be added to it at the end. And a pint of home brew. See, i can blow out if i try.
And i have defrosted some chicken joints ready for tomorrow. I am going to put them in a soy sauce and chilli flakes mix, vacuum seal them, then cook them in the bag, in water, tomorrow. mmmmmm. Just hope i dont go overboard with the chilli flakes.

Its always easy to have a beer blow out, especially with home brew in the flat. But i wanted a food blow out. Oh well, bring on the chiili chicken tomorrow. i could lose weight by some food based form of irrigation.

I shall soak it in butter first. Being that there is no recipe that is sw friendly to allow me to use up the butter i have anyway.
