Well, 1st day back since before Christmas... didn't want to get up!!
Cold, dark, early - I needed to stay in bed :4635:

Was still dark when I arrived at the office before 8 - YUK think I need to emigrate!!

One of my assistants has just had almost a month in India, so she brought be back some vanilla pods - should make something tasty with that :)

Well, looks like my free fruit is either reduced or stopped?? have to check, as that's normally my breakfast, and having checked todays lunch menu - think I'll have a jacket, so gonna go green today (unless of course they change the menu listed!! Which often happens with the cold stuff) - so thinking veggie Chinese / Indian tonight, we'll see what I fancy once I get in

I'm a complete zumba addict now LOL. Mind you I do it at home on the wii, so I can go wild as I like and more importantly when I like xxx
 
I don't have a wii, x-box or anything like that... walked down the stairs at work instead of the lift today... OK, I should walk up, but at the mo, 7 floors with coffee is a bit awkward - and I'm not fit enough for that, I will however gradually get there
Thinking about a fitness DVD - not sure, I'll have a look around when I next go shopping

Lunch: Jacket & beans with salad / small fruit salad
Jacket potato, baked beans, 2xdairylea light (part HEA1), mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, apple, pear, watermelon

Snack: mini SW quiche
egg, cottage cheese, onion, red pepper

Dinner: Mushy pea curry, rice, 'naan' & raita / fruit salad
onion, baked beans, tomatoes, brown rice, 0% greek, onion, tomato, cucumber, wholemeal pitta (HEB1), blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapes , plum, 0% greek

In bed supper: Hot chocolate & chewy bar
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA2), highlights (2),Hi-fi (HEB2)

Hardly any syns today - no reason, just didn't get around to any.... after dinner I wasn't hungry, didn't fancy cake or chocolate :confused: so didn't force it!!

Well, pleased to report that the fruit bowl at work is continuing.... just overlooked yesterday - not a huge choice - apples, bananas, pears and oranges... but it saves me a few bob :p

Had a 'reaallllyy interesting' meeting lunchtime whoopdy do :rolleyes:

I've cut back on my coffee, so have been drinking loads of lemon & ginger or peppermint tea, probably close to 3 pints.... we have those big takeaway coffee shop paper cups at 1/3 litre each

A friend messaged me to let me know that he'd driven past my car and I had a flat tyre.... deep joy!!
Actually, it was a bit low, and I was less than half a mile from Asda, so I just pumped it up there, so whilst I was there I picked up a few bits - still spent nearly 40 quid!!

Breakfast : fruit
banana, pear

Lunch: ham & smoked salmon salad / fruit
ham, smoked salmon, sweetcorn, broad beans, radish, mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, mixed peppers, banana

Dinner: pork stir-fry, rice & chinese curry sauce / fruit salad
pork, carrot, cabbage, peppers, beansprots, endamame beans, mushrooms, onions, rice, egg, 100ml mayflower curry sauce (4), blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi, plum, clementine and grapes , 0% greek yoghurt

Supper: hot chocolate, chewy bar & chocolate
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA), highlights (2),Hi-fi (HEB), treatsize maltesers (5)

Nah, no challenge, just enjoying the fresh, healthy stuff again - didn't realise how much I missed it - oh, and lunches at work aren't SW friendly (well I can't control the hot meals they do) so it's salad and whatever is available, I don't even eat their soups.....

Dinner: carrot, tomato & swede soup / sage & onion pork with veg

Supper: cheese & ham sarnie, crisps
2x400g nimble malted granary (HEB2), 3xlaughing cow (part HEA1),cucumber, french fries (4)

Talking of feeling sexy (you brought it up!) - Do you feel much different to when we started?? You've never updated your photo so I can't imagine what you look like now! Except you're even shorter than me so I'm guessing we looking similar - although I think I'm wider than you :rolleyes:
 
I've always felt like that, of course, I have my moments, but I've always embraced my assests... never flaunting or skimpy, quite conservative really, but I am rather proud of my chest!
Ken is very much ' it's you, you're you and whether your 9st, 12st, 15st or 20st I really don't care' so he's never made me feel bad IYKWIM

I don't really have any photos... I have one somewhere from 2004 when I got down to just over 10st... but strangely enough, maybe its age, but I feel happier with myself now a stone heavier than I did then??? weird eh, so I'll be fantastic in 6 months

I'll have to get someone to take a piccy, but I must admit, I'm not particularly photogenic

Do you feel sexier? and do you feel happier in yourself?
I had some great comments at Christmas, but I think half of that was I wasn't in Jeans & T-shirt, and I put some lippy on LOL
