busy few days..well, I lie, a busy few days not doing a lot!!
Blimey, extra washing & ironing...grrr, extra cooking, although no washing up!!
Ken has been a bit poorly, but thakfully OK now, and spent all afternoon shopping!!
I have done a bit of sorting indoors, but not enough, but I'm getting there, and I guess that's what counts.
Need to update my food diary, and am VERY PLEASED to say that tonight at WI, I lost 5lb..... Yes, 5, flipping 'eck, well pleased as I'm sure you can imagine
So, tonight, I was given my 2st award (since re-staring in August) as well as SOTW... YAY
As you know, I'm fasting 3 days a week, but I've had more green days than normal, and also, if I'm honest, less beer... so, all in all... a Good week
I always aim for 1lb a week, and any more is a bonus, lets hope I show a loss next week too

OK, so I've not had all of my healthy extras... MTH!!
well, I didn't end up going out last night... I checked the trains, and they were all over the place, loads of delays... and knowing that the snow was a bit worse further into London, we decided to postpone it for a couple of weeks... better to leave it and not get caught out.....
so, a very (very) low syn day.... will make up for it today or Monday.
We didn't go out - the snooker is on!!! Ken did say we would if I wanted to... but, well it's only on for a week, and finished Sunday and secondly, I knew he'd rather sit & watch it...
I didn't even bother having a beer in front of the TV or the 'puter.
Felling a bit low today.... well, some of it's hormones, some of it's the weather, and some of it is??? dunno!!
foodie update for Friday
made some soup, and cut up my melons and pineapple - so all stocked up in the fridge
Finally had the mullerlight Turkish delight, plesantly surprised, especially after the coconut one they did last year, that I thought tasted of suntan lotion!!
so, will probably get some more whilst they're still doing them.
Was going to be an EE day - but I forgot to serve the baked beans for my brunch - so stuck to red

Feeling brighter now thanks girls...pretty sure it was the hormones - feeling flat(wish my tummy was!) and can't be bothered, tearful and super-sensitive....OK now thankfully!
Having said that felt a bit tough this morning, not hungry - after a down day ?? So just a light fruit breakfast, drank peppermint tea and chilled, as was ok after an hour or two
Finally had my laptop sorted so will be able to post easier.
Ken & I went to the pub Monday night - 1st time in well over a week, so I drank my spare syns (as well as today's)
Then Tuesday lunch Kens son took us to the pub, then today his daughter - nice one eh? Love not bring at work!!! Mind, I was good, only had diet coke both those days
especially as I didn't have any syns left!!
Ken dyed my hair Monday and it will be cut tomorrow so, something else planned
Oh, and of course WI and shopping tomorrow too

Sorry not been about much - feeling quite unsociable at the mo - don't know why but ?? Ah well, gonna try harder...feel guilty for missing out on everyone's diaries (am catching up slowly)
Not been recording my food, but being careful(ish), too much beer, sweeties and cheese, but still just about losing - reckon its the fast days, which I'm still sticking to
Gonna have to get right back into it - want to be in a bikini for the summer (well, maybe)
So, after my great 5lb loss, I had a 1lb *week gain, a 1.5 and a 0.5 loss - so, still going the right way
