Well, what a day.....
coffee in bed (as always!!)
broke my fast with a nice leisurely breakfast, then we popped to Aldi & Lidl, back for lunch, then into the local(ish) shopping centre for some kitchen storage boxes and cheque paying in (only 20 odd quid, nut hey ho it's some beer money!!) then came home to a lovely stew in the slow cooker

Started back on plan properly...but since WI last Thursday eats as follows:

WK27 D1 Fri 08Feb - not really on plan

Breakfast: smoked salmon & poached eggs
Lunch: philli sandwich with cucumber and quavers
Dinner: SW spaghetti bolognaise, salad and a little lf cheddar (good SW meal)

too many Thornton chocolates!!

Down the pub and celebrated what would have been Mums birthday, so a good few ciders, and whiskey at home (not measured)

Supper, rye bread, phili light, lf cheddar, stilton, smoked salmon, pickles, greek cheese stuffed chillies

WK27 D2 Sat 09Feb - not really on plan, but not too bad (excluding the chocolate)

Didn't eat until dinner time

Roast lamb, SW roasties, swede, carrots, spring greens, brussel sprouts, processed peas, onion sauce

loads more chocolate!!

Lunch: hot beef sandwich
2x400g nimble (HEB), 2tsp clover light (2), beef, onions, mushrooms, 1tbs horseradish (1.5)

Snack: banana

Dinner: pigeon stew // fruit & yogurt
pigeon, potatoes, carrots, onion, swede, turnip, pearl barley, 40g french bread (6), 1tsp clover light (1) // pineapple, grapes, ff greek yogurt

OK, no HEA today.... but hey ho

mushy peas, tomatoes, baked beans, quorn, onion, Ainsley Harriot lentil dahl, brown rice, ff greek yohgurt, cucumber, mint, wholemeal pitta (HEB2) - tweeked as they're no longer HEB - but it was one that I'd frozen before they changed the recipe

Pleased to report 3lb off this week - YAY
 
well, busy(ish) couple of days.....

Mmmmm need to make sure I don't get too complacent, I'm sure it'll catch me out if I'm not careful, which is why I'm back to writing down again, aiming for 100 syns a week, as I need to make sure I eat enough the 4 days I do.
Now down to 10st 7.5lb - not bad from 13st in August when I got back in the saddle

What a week - never really get on here at weekends anyway.

Monday, took Bob (Mums husband) out for lunch, later picked up my niece Laura, back home, then off to the pub until closing time, a few snacks and more cider & whisky, bed about 2am

Tuesday picked up my Aunt Susan, then off to Leigh on Sea & Southend, a few more beers, oh and a surprise stop off at the Harvester, for what turned out to be dinner instead of just a drink.
Whilst there, Laura & Susan decided that they would share my spare bed - so back to pick some gear up, back to mine, a few more drinks and a 1am finish.

Weds a bit slower, but still dinner down the local, and about a midnight finish, for me to take Laura home Thursday afternoon

Well, as I'm sure you can guess, I put on the week - how surprising lol 2 1/2lb - but well deserved, especially as Ken & I ate out Friday too!!
Only had last Sunday & Thursday as DD ( missed Tuesday )

Back on track Friday....will add tomorrow

Must admit, glad to be back on plan, only had 2 DD instead of my normal 3 and feel much happier in control - back on plan last Thursday with a DD and happily (well would rather not) accept my 2.5lb gain......... but, I don't spend much time with family, and it was all go, go, go

Lovely day, up early for us.... coffee in bed, a bit of the Hong Kong snooker (started at 0600, so Ken watched in bed with the sound off)
a quick stop at Morrisons, then out for a lunchtime pint with Kens son Rick
went to a pub we've not been to before.... flipping expensive, but, very nice
menu looked good, but was restraunt prices, not pub prices... £12 for ham, egg & chips, £22 for steak and chips...well, we we're not eating anyway

weetabix (HEB1), 250ml semi-skim (HEA1) - tried a 'normal' grapefruit...Yuk, so just had an orange


L: Cheese, onion & tomato omelette with beans

was gonna have a red day, but the meal I got out for Ken Tuesday (minced beef, onions in gravy) was postponed until Weds, so I decided to have a quorn
version so we could 'eat the same'

quorn mince, onion, carrot, potato, brussel sprouts, runner beans, sweetcorn, soya beans, processed peas

S: kitkat chunky (13)

I also saved my 2nd HEB for post pub supper, as well as some of my cheese from lunch, but, as we were out lunchtime, we stayed in for the evening

Had a measure today - since August when I restarted I'm 7 inches down on my waist - woo Hoo

WI was 1lb off - OK I guess, but had hoped for more seeings I gained 2.5 the week before - and I've been good this week?? Ah well, you know me - I'll plod on regardless
