well, busy(ish) couple of days.....
Both freezers empted, cleaned, defosted and re-organised...even writing down what's in them!!
food cupboards, emptied, cleaned & reorganised - pretty good for me, as well as moving stuff and swapping cupboards around.
Just keep going to the wrong place now lol

Snack: apple
Dinner: quorn mushy pea curry, lentil dahl, hm cucumber & mint raita
mushy peas, tomatoes, baked beans, quorn, onion, Ainsley Harriot lentil dahl, brown rice, ff greek yohgurt, cucumber, mint, wholemeal pitta (HEB2) - tweeked as they're no longer HEB - but it was one that I'd frozen before they changed the recipe

Mmmmm need to make sure I don't get too complacent, I'm sure it'll catch me out if I'm not careful, which is why I'm back to writing down again, aiming for 100 syns a week, as I need to make sure I eat enough the 4 days I do.
Now down to 10st 7.5lb - not bad from 13st in August when I got back in the saddle
What a week - never really get on here at weekends anyway.
Monday, took Bob (Mums husband) out for lunch, later picked up my niece Laura, back home, then off to the pub until closing time, a few snacks and more cider & whisky, bed about 2am
Tuesday picked up my Aunt Susan, then off to Leigh on Sea & Southend, a few more beers, oh and a surprise stop off at the Harvester, for what turned out to be dinner instead of just a drink.
Whilst there, Laura & Susan decided that they would share my spare bed - so back to pick some gear up, back to mine, a few more drinks and a 1am finish.
Weds a bit slower, but still dinner down the local, and about a midnight finish, for me to take Laura home Thursday afternoon
Well, as I'm sure you can guess, I put on the week - how surprising lol 2 1/2lb - but well deserved, especially as Ken & I ate out Friday too!!
Only had last Sunday & Thursday as DD ( missed Tuesday )
Back on track Friday....will add tomorrow

Must admit, glad to be back on plan, only had 2 DD instead of my normal 3 and feel much happier in control - back on plan last Thursday with a DD and happily (well would rather not) accept my 2.5lb gain......... but, I don't spend much time with family, and it was all go, go, go
But if you enjoyed it that's all that matters...xx
