I didnt get weighed last week and have put 1lb on this week. In November, I have lost a fantastic 1/2 lb!!!! So disappointed!!! But sooooo deserved!!!

Well, this is the end of the challenge for me as my last WI was yesterday, even though I didn't go. Well done everyone. Really pleased that I was only 1.5lb away from target, very happy with myself.

Well done on coming so close to target. I, as usual, sucked utterly and completely as I always do on these challenges lol! I joined the challenge for losing weight in December...hopefully I will have some measure of success there!!

after having a good week last week its a disaster this week had a few family problems and having to move daughter and grandson in my food plan has been way off just been eating rubbish line drawn new start sadly dont think i will reach my target fingers crossed for next month
