I'm working on planning a menu for next week, I've got as far as tuesday, but am going to try and jazz it up a bit and do some things different to what I normally stick to. I saw on someone's journal (I think it was yours Toni) the idea of stuffing a chicken breast with garlic and herb philly and wrapping it in bacon and I'm dying to give that a try
I was bad and got on the scales again this morning and I was down to 355.4, if I am 354 or less on friday then I can put my 1.5 sticker up :giggle:

I'm thinking of trying pesto and passata mixed with pasta and a hexa of cheese on top one day next week. My menu is so boring, so everything I'm coming up with will probably be common sense or tried and tested to everyone else, but until we can go and do a big food shop I have to manage on what our boring old morrisons offers.

I felt loads better yesterday so had sausages beans and toast twice and got through quite a lot of squash, I haven't stuck to plan, just ate what I could manage when I could manage.
I've been looking online today and am feeling inspired to get moving about more as I can't rely on just sw to help me shift these lbs. So the plan for tomorrow is to spend half an hour on Just Dance 3 on the xbox and see if I can persuade Chris to buy me some points so I can download a few new songs. And then try and build it up to an hour each day
