I'm back :wavey:

Sorry I haven't been around since last week, but we had my cousin, her girls and my aunty here until last night. We had such an amazing time with them and did lots of things, took the girls to the zoo, went to a butterfly house, lots of shopping :giggle:

And then literally as soon as they went home last night I had a fever, pounding headache and I was sick. It was like my body was waiting until they'd gone :eek:

I'm not doing a food plan for today as I still feel a bit delicate and my head still hurts, so I'm just going to be drinking a lot and might have some toast later if I feel like it.

I did do a sneaky weigh in this morning and I'm back down to 357.4 which is 1.6 down from my weigh in last week. Not going to put it on my ticker or anything, just in case it's affected as I start eating properly again when I feel better.
 
Thanks hun :) it was literally a case of there not being enough hours in the day while they were here as we'd go out during the day, then when we came back home it was a case of getting the girls ready for bed and then sitting in front of the tv for the night :)

I will admit I really wasn't on plan while they were here and was thinking that I'd be looking at a gain, but thanks to being sick I don't think it's going to affect wi on friday

Thanks everyone, I'm still feeling quite delicate so I think it's going to be another day of drinking more than I eat.

I'm working on planning a menu for next week, I've got as far as tuesday, but am going to try and jazz it up a bit and do some things different to what I normally stick to. I saw on someone's journal (I think it was yours Toni) the idea of stuffing a chicken breast with garlic and herb philly and wrapping it in bacon and I'm dying to give that a try :D

I was bad and got on the scales again this morning and I was down to 355.4, if I am 354 or less on friday then I can put my 1.5 sticker up :giggle:

Hello Lovely Emmy, :welcome2: back hun, we really missed you....I agree not enough hours in a day, I vote we go on strike till they add a few more :giggle:

Food sounds good, love the philly stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon but to save a few syns I use quark (which I normally hate, but is good in this) and garlic and herbs, but loving the sound of the cranberry's too, yummy.

Oh and STAY OF THE SCALES!!!! WI is Friday, we all know they fluctuate up to 7lbs in 1 day so :nono: no more weighing till friday or I'll have to :whoopass: ok?

I'm thinking of trying pesto and passata mixed with pasta and a hexa of cheese on top one day next week. My menu is so boring, so everything I'm coming up with will probably be common sense or tried and tested to everyone else, but until we can go and do a big food shop I have to manage on what our boring old morrisons offers. :eek:

Ditto, having to eek stuff out this week as payday is Friday and bank is looking very bare lol....I am using frozen veg I buy for times like this and I hate the stuff :yuk: like my veg crunchy, but hey ho only 2 more dinners to go, we've made a shepherds pie with the said veg and a celeriac topping should be nice :drool:

Emily, I'm not going to sit here and tell you stay away from the scales because I'm the exact same so it'd be hypocritical :) Good luck for WI anyway, I'm sure it'll be good news. I need to change up my menus a little too, everybody is adventurous! x
 
Ahhhhh I can't wait for tomorrow morning and weigh in :giggle:

I felt loads better yesterday so had sausages beans and toast twice and got through quite a lot of squash, I haven't stuck to plan, just ate what I could manage when I could manage.

I've been looking online today and am feeling inspired to get moving about more as I can't rely on just sw to help me shift these lbs. So the plan for tomorrow is to spend half an hour on Just Dance 3 on the xbox and see if I can persuade Chris to buy me some points so I can download a few new songs. And then try and build it up to an hour each day :D

Good luck for weigh in tomorrow. I like your dance 3 ideas. Think you'll be surprised how much hard work that dance DVD is. It's great workout and good idea to slowly work up to an hour each day. You could always break it down to 15min periods to start with. Let us know how you go x

Official weigh in today and I did it!!!!!! I've finally hit the 1.5 stone mark and been able to add the shiney to my signature :giggle:

I am so freaking chuffed it's crazy, I was actually getting to a stage where I thought it would never happen

EDIT** forgot to add how much I actually lost in my excitement :giggle: It was 5lbs loss and the past 2 days I've been eating more and more so should hopefully be back eating properly and 100% on plan by monday at the latest :D
