I think some of it has been down to me being ill, but I can take that, and eating more doesn't seem to be affecting it thankfully :woohoo:

Am really hoping next week's is good, am gonna get started on the exercise today, will try do 30 minutes of just dance 3 and do 30 minutes each day :D

I've just downloaded the 2 extra songs I wanted the most (need to wait for the other 2), and am just waiting for Chris to go to work and I'm going to get started.

I'm feeling a bit ashamed though as this song was on the game all along and I didn't even notice because I got too lazy :eek:

I managed 2 songs before I felt like I was going to die :cry:

I think this is going to very much be a work in progress otherwise I can see myself collapsing :sigh:

I actually can't believe how unfit I am and I have no excuse for it :(

Don't worry, Em. You'll get there in the end!
If it helps any, I was exactly the same when I first started using the Just Dance games. A couple of songs would kill me and I'd have to stop.

Don't force yourself or you'll end up worn out and sore. Just take it at a nice steady pace and gradually build yourself up. You'll soon manage 30 minutes without a problem!
On the plus side, 2 songs is a great improvement from 0 songs! :)

I was totally disgusted with myself that I could only manage 2 songs, am going to do another 2 later on this afternoon and just do it in short bursts, that's got to be better than me doing nothing like I used to

Great idea! That way you could easily get 30 minutes done each day - it wouldn't matter that it wasn't all in one bock, it's all Body Magic and it all adds up! :)

It's a huge step deciding to exercise in the first place, so you should be really proud of yourself. Definitely a NSV, so well done!! :D
 
I've just updated all of my statistics as I decided to measure myself and I'm actually 5ft 4 instead of 5ft 3 (I did give myself a bit of room for manouevere just in case I'm wrong as I had the tape measure at 5ft 5.5 lol) but that 1 inch has made quite a difference to my bmi :woohoo:

I've reset my goal bmi to just under 35, and then I'm going to aim for just under 30, but any smaller than that and I honestly think I'll just look silly :giggle:

So just 4lbs to go to my next mini goal, hope it doesn't take me long :)
 
Ohhhh and food :giggle: need to update that too. It's not on plan because I've hardly got anything in and I'm hoping to persuade Chris take me shopping on Monday once he's been paid.

Brekkie - big bowl of cornflakes
Snack - banana and 2 babybels
Lunch - toast
Snack - 2 alpen light bars
Dinner - pasta and pesto
Snack - hot chocolate

It doesn't seem like a lot either, but compared to tuesday when I was ill it's loads ;)
 
Well done on the 5lb loss and for reaching 1.5stone! That's brilliant. Really pleased for you! :D

2 songs is better than nothing hun. Keep at it. You'll soon improve and be able to do 3 then 4 etc. how about a walk around the block too? It all adds up x

I probably won't go for it this time, last time I felt way too much pressure and royally messed up :giggle: we've got loads of stuff going on here over the next month or so and I can see the same happening again if I'm not careful :eek:
