Loads of inches lost in all the right places. Something I should maybe look at when I am fitter. Imagine how fit you will be my Xmas

I keep thinking that!!! After 12 weeks of crossfit.... hoping to see some mega changes....

Due on this week so feeling a bit bloated!! And grumpy!!! Still loving the crossfit!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Hoping for a loss.... but will measure again on te first of next month and check out the difference, if any in the photgraphs!!! As we know the piccies dont lie!!!

Gonna go on the pill and see how I get on...

Crossfit was hard last night..... 15 mins of rounds of pull ups, press ups and squats!!!! All scaled for me!!!

Only 1lb off for me this week but with TOTM looming I'm pretty happy with that!!!
