Deezers Final stretch.....

To be at goal I need about 3 stone off..... A comfy size 14 and I'll be happy.... I'm a 12 top 16/18 bottom at the min....

I go to Barcelona in 10 weeks..... I would be delighted to get 2 stone off before then....

I initially wanted to do a month.... see how I get on.... I'm hoping with crossfitting the weight will drop off....

Will see how I get on tonight..... saving 2 packs for an hour before!! I was eating under 100g of carbs most of the time anyway so hoping I will be fine!!!

Having extra protein.... Not bothered about building muscle right now.... if i can keep what i have and drop the fat I'll be a very happy girl!!!

I feel so close to where I want to be but SO FAR!!!!

I have to say I'm feeling really positive and back in control now!!! Plus a 3lb loss overnight is always good!!! Even if it is water!!!!

Awww thanks chick.... Did you just keep your protein up.... I'm planning to have a scoop of protein powder (Love carb one obv) in each shake..... and then a couple of eggs or chicken also on crossfit days..... do you think thats enough of i would I benefit from a protein shake after i work out!!??
 
Yeah that sounds about right hun. I had eggs, egg white omlette, chicken & protein powder (0 carbs or under 4g)

I couldn't agree more. I'm 3lbs down from yesterday also :D. It's such a great feeling and really spurs you on.

I know my resolve will wane at some point so I've just finished writing a letter to myself to read when I feel like giving up or cheating lol

I want to remember this resolve I'm feeling now so I can get through the bad times.

Soooooooooo Crossfit yesterday wnet fine!!! *Phew*

Warm up
400m run
5 pull ups
5 press ups
5 sit ups
5 overhead squats

Workout
push press 3-3-3-3-3

3 Rounds for time
5 thrusters
sprint 10m (back) 20m (back) 30m (back) 40m back

PB'd my push press by 5kg....

Food was....

Brekkie - Hazel nut (plus Protein shake)
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs and a small amount of raw veg
Before crossfit - banana pack and truffa bar
After crossfit - protein shake
Dinner - Salmon and broccoli....

All carbs added up to 66g : )

Scales going in the right direction..... will REALY try not to weigh now till monday!!!! Eeeek.... back to packs and meal today.... will up again on friday as crossfitting then!!!!

Today is notoriously my bad day!!! Day 3... Cant believe we've made it this far!!! May boil a couple of eggs to take to work in case!!!!

Still feeling good though!!! YAY!!!

Day 3 SUX! But we can do it

We really are in time for a slim summer if we stick to it now - LOADS of time. Just got to stick to it, that's all WHICH WE WILL!
 
All I'm thinking of is my holiday!!! And my first EVER slim summer!!! What is 10 weeks!!! In comparison to the past 2 years I've been dieting!!!!! It's nothing!!!! X

Day 3..... I have the heavy legs and the headache!!! But feeling brill to be honest!!! This is always my hardest day!!! But I WILL do this..... Ketosis will be here soon and all will be well lol...

Day 3 for me also. I'm so fortunate that I don't really suffer when entering ketosis. I've been fine today. I've stuck to plan. Last night i was a bit hungry so I had a protein shake that made me feel a bit ill (shall not be having that again).

I'm glad you managed crossfit ok :). I'm just doing light exercise for now (aqua aerobics) until I shift a bit of my bulk LOL. Then I can get back to my spin & body pump :D
 
Ooooh hello ketosis!!! Dog breath!!! Eeeeew!!!

Feel good though!!! Lunch with my mum today!! Some sort of salad or steak and salad for me!!!

Arms are sore from Crossfit so may sneak in some extra protein today ready for tomorrow!! The crossfit open starts so REALLY want to get there tomorrow to log my first workout!!!

Hoping I settle into things for weekend!!! To be honest even with the heavy legs and dull headache I am still really focussed and positive!!!

Cant wait to weigh in!!!

Yea to ketosis!!!

I don't ever have the dog breath - maybe cos I drink loads of water :). But I do stop feeling hungry so roll on ketosis hopefully in a day or two :D

What is Crossfit open? Is that a competition.

I read last night that when training hard you should eat 1.5 times more protein than usual. So make sure you get loads in as you don't want to undo all your good work or cause any damage. Vitamin K and cod liver oil s great also :D

Another 1lb down for me today. What date have you chosen for your 'official' WI?

Ooooh I'm still taking all my supplements... and adding protein shakes on rest days and then on workout days protein shakes, chicken and eggs.....

Weight is still coming off though!!!

The open is a worldwide competition but anyone can enter... you add all your score on the system and you can compare yourself to anyone!!! Its a really cool idea!!!

Even newbs like me can join in!!!
