I think I'll stay off the bread for a while but like you said once in a while. Same with pasta rice etc. Try fat2fitradio (google) it calculates BMR TDEE and Body fat. Not sure how accurate it is but many people on MFP use it. I'm hoping my personal trainer will re-calculate mine when he's back from hols in 2 weeks! Gosh! have to go it alone on the exercise! Eurgh!

Oh my god I have such bad tummy ache!!! Not caved in but bloody hell I want to.... MUST KEEP IT TOGETHER!!!

I am aiming for 100 wall ball... would be thrilled to get through them to the skipping but dont think it will happen.... especially with how i am feeling!!!

Well done for not caving in! I think having a slight change if routine such as a day off can really send one off kilter at the best of times. Even when the momentum is going. Early night is good idea. Be is usually the safest place to be!

work out sounds tough! Don't even understand what these entail! I'll google!
 
Going great guns Hun! I've still got crossfit on my list :) one day eh! well I've managed to get to the end of day 1! Got my school reunion in 27 weeks and 2 days, so that's my first major goal! Would love to be 5/6 stone down by then! I think it's achievable! xx ill start writing in my diary again in a few days-once I know I'm back in the zone xx
 
Well done for getting through day 1! It's the getting going that can be the hardest or the easier thing. I do think it depends very much on ones frame of mind. I think that is key to any plan that mind has to want to do it! Sigh! If only it were easier and we simply rarely felt hungry or have to desire to eat!

I did 98 in the 12 mins.... it was so hard!!! Was knackered at the end but at least I logged a score.. would have loved 100 though!!!

Diet still going good!!! ALthough scales not budged!!!:confused::cry::doh::doh:

On a brighter note.... tried some jeans that were too small a few weeks ago on!! And they are on and fastened!! Dont know if I'd go out in them yet!!

Made it through another Sunday and even had best friend and OH drinking around me!!!

Have struggled today though..... I'm on and feeling super sorry for myself!!! You know the thoughts.... 'just some of this (that or the other) and then I'll start again in the morning......just one glass of wine.... have tomorrow off' etc etc!!!

Managed to keep going!!! Somehow!!!

My original plan was to do a month and come off at Easter!!! Feeling ok with things but do have plans for next weekend!!! SO am really undecided as to whether to try to wriggle out of my plans or to have my little break and jump back on.... I go to Cornwall for a mini break 3 weeks on thursday so think I would find it ok getting back on as would have something to aim for!!! Hmmmm what to do.... what to do....

Going to up my Crossfit back up to 3 times this week..... See how I get on....

So this crossfit thing you're talking about. Please fill me know what exactly it is. Sounds very interesting. I'm a bit of a gym rat so any new workouts sound like fun to me :)
 
If you google it or you tube it babe it'll pop up!!!

You kind of cover allsorts... Olympic weight lifting/power lifting/gymnastics/flexibility training/cardio.... Allsorts!!!

We generally go in and in the hour we do a warm up, weight work and then a workout that is usually either a set workout for time or an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in a set time.... Its never the same twice!! I am completely obsessed lol...

Would you think carrying on exercising and weight lifting while on SnS is a good idea?
I've been exercising at least 4 times a week for the past year or so but I'm a little scared that being on vlcd will hinder my workouts and losses... :(
