I think I'll stay off the bread for a while but like you said once in a while. Same with pasta rice etc. Try fat2fitradio (google) it calculates BMR TDEE and Body fat. Not sure how accurate it is but many people on MFP use it. I'm hoping my personal trainer will re-calculate mine when he's back from hols in 2 weeks! Gosh! have to go it alone on the exercise! Eurgh!
