Deezers Final stretch.....

Well..... I made it through the weekend!!!! (My weekend is SUn/mon) Back to work today which is great for routine......

Planning meals well in advance and finding that I am able to use LOTS of my primal recipes for veg with my evening meal.... such as courgette pasta and I've made turnip mash tonight to have with burgers!!!

SO 3 products and a meal is working very well.... Don't feel I am depriving myself at all which is strange!!! Can't recommend paleo/primal enough for anyone who is unsure what to do to maintain!!!

Anyway!!! Know this week will be fine, even though I did dream that I ate a full jar of mango chutney with chips!!! Lol..... Eeeeeew!!! Craving sugar subconciously!!!!! Well tough subconcious!!!!!!

This weekend will really be a tester!!! OH cousins are down from Scotland so meal and drinks!!! Have scoped out the menu and there is food I can have!!! BUt just the sitting there not drinking!!! ARGH!!!! BUt I dont want to mess this up now so as soon as I go out I'm gonna say!!!!

There will still be booze for me when I'm all skinny in Barca!!!!

Definately not giving up now!!!!

3. Get to lowest weight ever, Since about 13 yrs old 190lb (-15lb)

Ooooh Last night was good!!!!

The warm up was lots of crazy lunges!!!

Workout

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 15 mins

12 wall ball
12 knees to elbow (knee raises)
12 press ups
12 KB swings

I did 3 rounds and my wall ball/knee raises of the 4th round!!!

The next workout for the crossfit games is released tonight!!! SO will be doing that on Friday!!! EEeeeek!!! Scary!!!

Hoping for another good loss this week..... would love 6lb but happy with any as long as its a minus number!!!

It's great hearing that your doing so well. Maybe your good fortunes will rub off on me :). I soo want to get back into training but I just can't be asked. Bloody TOTM as well :-(

Yeah it must be the ketosis!!!! That's why atkins works I guess!!!

Thats why I never bother if I go over on my protein (I do a lot on crossfit days!!)
 
So last night was second night of the crossfit games!!!! 13.2!!!!

It was AMRAP in 10mins

5 STOH (Shoulder to overhead @35kg) I did push press
10 Deadlift (35kg)
15 Box jumps

My aim was 3 rounds (90 reps)

I did 4 and a bit ......127 REPS!!!

I was thrilled...... I am really suprisingly myself!!! Maybe I'm more competitive than I thought lol.....

Certainly making me realise how far I have come!!! : )

Roll on Monday weigh day!!! May weigh AND measure, last measured 2 weeks ago!!!

Need to put an order in.... Will probably do that later!!!

Saturday is normally temptation time but feel ok! Bit bloated so hoping its not totm on the way! That would be rubbish!!!!

Relax tonight and then catch up with fam and stuff tomorrow! Roll on weigh day!!! X

All plans for food and drinks fell through for today (Thankfully) lol.... Not that I was drinking but I was dreading the temptation!!!

SO afternoon at home and chill.... weigh tomorrow so that will keep me going for another week!!! Order placed also....

Hoping for a couple of pounds off tomorrow but not sure with this bloat!! Will weigh and measure anyways!!!
