You'll be so proud when you have a half marathon to add to your achievements list and you'll certainly
need sustenance to be up to the training. And it's a sure thing that the weight will start to fly off
when you're training regularly and burning tonnes of calories. You'd be much more likely to pick up an injury
if your body's not getting the right amount of nutrition it needs.
When you're at your goal and looking back (even if it's over a longer time span) you'll be glad you listened to your body.

I've been reet good this week but the scales will not budge!! ! : (

Will see how i go on Saturday!!! But MFP keeps saying I'm eating too few cals.... only on ceratin days.... but sometimes its more so figured it even out!!!

But maybe i need to be eating more..... I'm definatley smaller so I'm holding onto that at the mo!!! X

Your training pretty intensely, a little increase may help (however scary!) - or up days on rubbing days then lower on rest day?? I'm thinking aloud, but maybe an idea!

When my oh was training me last summer I was eating 2,500 to maintain which is nuts! Got to consider all that Cal burning your doing!!

Remember as well that all the training will be building muscle which is a bit weightier but also helps burn off more fat - swings and roundabouts eh?!
 
In my Patrick Holford mini book.. It says if your doing more exercise you can have more daily GL`s... for me its a max of 45, but if I was doing a daily amount of 60 mins worth of running/swimming.gym etc then it would go up to 60 I think... so that means eat more! xxxx

I've got m MFP set to 'lose 2lb' a week which is leaving me with a cal target of 1400 and I've more or less been hitting that but the I havent been eating more the days i exercise?? DO you think i should.... Sorry to mither lol....

Not really been watching the protein amounts and typical it wont let me on to look this morning but i try to keep all my amounts in the green!!! Can You eat too much protein??? If i need to up my cals am i best doing it with protein??? Arghh!!! I'm so confused!!!!! Lol...

Not getting on the scales till Sturday so i can make a decision then whether I need to up (SCARY) my calories!!!
 
Personally I would up my intake on training days. Even on plan I have extra protein or pack

I keep my focus on protein and then carbs as far as training diet. See where your at Saturday then have a play around with things, that's the beauty of mfp :)

I am a total stress head!!! Lol.... I've not even given it a week lol...

But on the upside i got ID'd in Sainsburys again!!!!! HA!

Oooooh I hope the scales go down this week.... Even 1lb then I'm back in the 13's!!!

My weight peeked on Monday (I think) at 197.8... and ws the same tues and wed..... So hopefully levelled out and no more water gain!!!

Didnt weigh this morning!!!

But daily weighing was driving me crazy!!! When its not big changes it soul destroying....

So I am going to try my very hardest to only weigh once a week!!!

Week 1 session 2 of B210k tomorrow morning!!! So that will hopefully kickstart a wee loss for Saturday!!!!!

Pilates was HARD today but good..... and can really notice changes already!!! Reverse plank!! errrr OWwww!!! Lol.....

I love Pilates, I have a Pilates gym machine which helps me get into the right positions safely - had it following my back ops ....love it.

Dee...your amazing honey and doing so well back on refeeding :) you'll get back to it no sweat...well maybe a little sweaty ;) if you get it lol

Have been on a nice walk with the sunshine with the pups though!!! So not all bad i guess!!!!

BUT you DIDN'T. And don't be peed off about missing a run, there are plenty of hours left
in the day so just get going this evening after work if you can.
