I am still on the straight and narrow!!! Its all getting sorted by my OH while I'm in work! We cant afford to both be off so he's sorting things with his family and I'll meet up with him later!!!

I'm glad I didnt eat loadsa crap it was just a wee bit scary to realise that my imediate reaction was 'eat...food....will feel bettter' Even though I KNOW it wouldn't solve anything..... Just strange to know that little devil is still on my shoulder!!! I thought I was 100% in control!!!! Hmmm.....

Woohoo I'm seriously trying to ignore the food devil right now! My bf just brought in an Indian meal, it smells so good. He got me some coke zero so I'm trying hard to stick to that. Man it's difficult! how on earth did you stick with this so long, seriously, I salute you!

Well today I am 1lb down from last weeks weigh in!!! But when i consider I'd gone up to 198 roughly in the week a 3lb loss is fine by me!!!! If I can do that then I'll be happy!!!!

I've got some new scales that measure by body fat n stuff to keep me motivated so I'll read all the stuff that comes with it and log it tomorrow!!!!

Pretty happy that my weigh has stabilised and is going down again!!!

YAY!!!!

Onwards and inwards ladies!!!!
