Its one of those things isnt it? I don't discourage any one from trying to eat the full 5 every day but I would say introduce it gradually and then do it. Just so your body can get used to the high fibre. And lots of fluid!!!
Got my souo ready for lunch (although my pasta in it seems to have soaked a lot of the liquid up so is becoming more like a stew as the days have gone on!) Will have to make a different one for later in the week!

Oh and was having a read around about the fibre eating and it said eating with soluble fibre like oats can help so the 'parkin' would be a good recipe in that way as it mixes the sb with the oats ...if you ever fancy braving the sb again lol x
