Hi. Did the reading of books, did not know then it was a challenge. 2nd week did scan bran & lost 3lbs. Was just carrying on with scan bran cause did not know about tomato soup, Have found it now so will start with soup today. Get weighed on Friday.
 
I did the scan bran & lost 1/5lb, which wasn't enough to put me back in target, so I had to pay, anyway maybe this wk I will lose the 1lb needed!!!!

But I had the same probs as Minks, I was bloated, which made me think I'd aggrivated my colon, I can't eat Activia yogurt 'cause they bloat me & give me wind, not bottom burps, but internal wind/popping, if that makes sense.

I'm not too sure the soup will do any better this week as it seems a bit like what I'd normally eat but soup format! but I'm giving it a go, so we'll see.

Sorry to hear hun :( I weigh at 7.30 tonight and well... you know my thoughts on that! Not looking forward to it and feel as big as a house and heavy as Nellie the bloody elephant. I would recommend using SB but not at such an intense rate if you haven't had it on a regular basis before. Its kind of like you have to ease it into your diet for a couple of weeks before and then it makes the challenge far more feasible xxx
 
Well SB left me a pound up this week and in super pain. So looking forward to having soup this week instead :D xx

Sorry to hear about the gain Hun but I reckon this new week will make up for it.
There was no way I could have managed 5 pieces of SB every day! I only made the coffee cake recipe you gave me abd I was stuffed after half of it lol.

Its one of those things isnt it? I don't discourage any one from trying to eat the full 5 every day but I would say introduce it gradually and then do it. Just so your body can get used to the high fibre. And lots of fluid!!!

Got my souo ready for lunch (although my pasta in it seems to have soaked a lot of the liquid up so is becoming more like a stew as the days have gone on!) Will have to make a different one for later in the week!
