Lol Kinky day!!

I just ordered the mens 35 pack, it comes so quickly I don't want to get too far ahead, and the smaller packages seem to be better for my shipping company, no customs hold ups. I have tried the original oatmeal today and it's much nicer so got that, a ton of spicy spag bol and a few other meals just the choc crispie shake, no soups, I'm over soups for the moment. That means I'll have a few Exante Lipotrim mix up days between now and next week and then have over a weeks worth of S & S for damage limitation week. Keeping it small and short term I think is the way ahead

Thank you for your lovely reply to my diary rantings, I can't believe how far we've come and how well we've all done. You have been a great support to me through this and I want you to know how much I appreciate you and all the lovely crew we have here.

I don't really want to move my diary to S & S, but feel I should, if nothing else it's prob a bit unfair to keep writing about evening meals for all the poor Exante folks. Still I will stay here until the end of next week and then maybe move over. I can get the place ready for you coming back!!

God what a fickle pair we are, yesterday we were all yaaaayy for Atkins today it's S & S all the way!! LOL I am glad we've made this decision though I feel somehow better knowing I've got a clear plan of action. I think I was trying to talk myself off it yesterday in some way.

I will have to do LT/Exante for about 5 days or so as I'm gonna be out of S & S, just had a vanilla caramel shake.......delicious!! Very like a dessert I thought. I had the tomato chilli for tea, it was ok, but not spicy at all, glad I've not ordered any more!!

hahaha, yes we were flying the flag for Atkins yesterday weren't we I still have quite a lot to lose so decided S&S will be my method of weight loss and Atkins will be my maintenance. I think for me, I remember doing Atkins and how easy it was to slip up. Total food detox is the best way forward for me, then when i'm maintaining on Atkins it wont matter so much if I slip up.

I'm sipping a hot choc shake, it's delicious!! Funnily enough I also had chilli for dinner, it was a bit sloppy I thought- I added chilli flakes to spice it up because it deffo isn't spicy. Not my fave but I think it could be quite versatile- some have it wrapped in lettuce (like a taco i'm thinking) So I might order a few. Spag Bol is still my No 1.

Yes, it would be wonderful to have some of our friends joining us Here's hoping :cross:

Ps, I AM looking forward to going away Slightly worried about gain but will just deal with it when I get back on my stallion. I bet you're feeling the same about your special dinner. It'll be nice to throw caution to the wind for a bit, it'll probably do us good.

We're just talking about going over to the S&S forum but we LOVE you guys........it's a tough decision (Unless you came too ) Thing is, you're almost at goal and doing brilliant on Exante so you probably don't need to change- 'if it aint broke, don't fix it' eh
I'm finding the 4 packs a godsend, honestly, having a hot meal (even if it's small) is bliss! We're allowed 150ml soya or skimmed milk + 200g veg too.
It is really good.
The men have 5 packs a day and when you bulk order the mens pack it's a bit cheaper even though it's the exact same packs! Very weird! It's not huge savings but it's something.
I'm ordering a months mens pack ready for when I get back from my break away.

Ooh-err, I'm lost for words! My kinky day has started off with kinky vacuuming throughout....in my dressing gown....oh yes lol! I'm so rock & roll
I will get some of that tea Busy, it's worth a try (hopefully no power washing needed :/) . Hope you're enjoying your Atkins....(did you enjoy the mixed grill last night you lucky thing!! )

Hi there I loved the grill,,,,but it did not like me this morning. Good girls with your cleaning, I've not done any had to pop to town...Made my youngest give up his dummt since yesterday, it's a nightmare he wont let me do anything and there's tantrums galore. But he's nearly 3 and he'd began depending on it too much, he wont let me do anything. I really cant handle the house in a mess.
