You know that would make me sooo happy :D have all my amigos by my side :). In limbo with the double diary situation, I think the other one is gonna just be a log of food and menus, as I keep creeping back here x.
 
Hey DL Nice to go out and catch up with a friend! Just counted up in my head and I've done 14 days TS 100% in a row Faffed around with it for 2 wks b4 hand so time 4 a change Felt hungry today and am knackered Exercisin mornin and evenin is probably silly on such low calories Will WI tomoro b4 I decide what I'll do Think I need to do a wk WS to see how dat goes as energy levels need to improve for work Gotta keep focused 4 my sons big day in 21/2 wks Ordered toppers for cake and buns today so am sorted!!
How r Ur energy levels???

Funny you ask about energy levels as I had a slump after the burger! My energy levels haven't been fantastic on the vlcd but they were at least stable. I blame the carbs in the bun. My friend is training for the Moonwalk Marathon so we chatted a lot about walking ( I did it last year) I think I need to get walking regularly, it's SO good for you, I was really fit last year with it xx
 
Carbs r evil!!! Goin to stay off dem as much as I can!! Really want to keep d weight off and to stick to small portions! Want to b able to buy a cooked chicken and not eat it all!!! Portion control!!! Easier said than done D fact we can stick to such low calories and feel satisfied after havin an Exante product over d last few wks does give me hope;)

I do regret having the carbs :( they ARE evil, but i'm not letting it derail me. I'm drinking bucketloads of water and getting back on track with my S&S packs tomorrow.
You're doing so well Shoobs. Can you tell me about this pilates arm exercise thing people are talking about hon........need to tame the bingo wings before summer :rolleyes: lol! xx
 
Hey DL Ur doin brilliant and I really luv d sound of Ur scrummy S&S products- ya never know Cud invest in a few in d future!!! Well fair play to busy busy... givin us inspirin tips dat worked 4 her in d past!!! She told me to search on You Tube for 10 mins Pilates sculpting - instructor is wearin a green top and black tracksuit pants! Tried it last nite without any hand weights and although d moves r simple, boy r they effective as d muscles in my arms, shoulder blades r achin today!!! Check it out Busybusy recommended doin it wk in wk out for 3 wks and if usin hand weights not to exceed 3 kg ones!!!

If you don't have hand weights, can I roll up my legwarmers and use them?

No honestly, I heard you can fill 2 little 500ml water bottles and that .5kg each and use them, may look a little odd though

Yes I think two water bottles would work just as well, it'll give you some resistance. Not sure the leg warmers would, lol!! Hope the head clears soon xx

You'll love it for those bingo wings and back fat...pilates in 10 arms 10 min pilates sclupting - YouTube. Trust me you'll see a difference in no time, 500ml water bottles are ideal. Enjoy :D
 
Not sure what plan you are doing today is it S & M again?? I've had the vanilla crispy this morning, very nice and I'm not a fan of shakes in general, having a bar free day today, I tried a couple that went straight in the bin yesterday so I think if I order more S & S I might go bar free

morning! Yes, an S&M day for me :) bar free sounds a good idea, they are SO tiny, they're not what I would class as a meal replacement anyway. I'm going to start with the crispy chocolate shake and then maybe use up a soup later. I'm not a fan of soup so it might be a gag fest in my house. Ive only got enough meals for the week, I could eat them for lunch and dinner :p I'll definitely be getting more of them if I carry on with S&S xx
