Day 68 (12/07/10) - RED day:

Breakfast: 0% greek yogurt with honey (2.5 syns) and blueberries and raspberries

Mid-morning: Banana, coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Ryvita (Hex B) with ham, 5 x Laughing Cow (Hex A) and cucumber slices

Mid-afo: Kelloggs bar (Hex B), cherries and clementines

Dinner: Salmon fillet with roasted aubergine, courgette, butternut squash and mushrooms
 
Mini goals:

1. 13st 7lbs - this is my bogey weight - once I get past this I know I'll be on my way to target! (2.5lbs to go) - achieved 27/05/10 :woohoo:

2. 13st 2.5lbs - this will be my 2 stone award and time for another charm (4lbs to go) - achieved 01/07/10 :woohoo:

3. 12st 13.5lbs - this will be the first time I've weighed 12 something in as long as I can remember! - achieved 15.07.10 :woohoo:

4. 12st 9.5lbs - this will be my 2.5 stone award and time for another charm!

5. 12st 7lbs - this will put me a stone away from target!

6. 12st 2.5lbs - this will be my 3 stone award and time for another charm!

7. 11st 13lbs - I think I may cry when I see 11 stone something on the scales!

8. 11st 10lbs - I'll be 'normal'!

9. 11st 7lbs - I think this will be my target but I'm not going to be silly about it - I'll be over the moon if I settle between 11st 13lbs and 11st 7lbs!
 
Day 60 (19/07) - Operation Bikini Babe starts today!

Breakfast: Fromage frais with museli (Hex B) and honey

Mid-morning: Apple and banana, coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Chicken breast, blueberries

Mid-afo: Apple

Dinner: Chicken breast and pesto (4 syns) with roasted med veg and feta (Hex A). Wine (12 syns).

Not a new diary, but definitely a new start! As of today, I am back on plan and going to get to target this year so I can start to try on wedding dresses and start planning our wedding - woohoo!! xx

Ooh lovely, how exciting! Something to look forward to and to set your sights on weight loss wise!! I wish I had something big to look forward to! I know I should count my blessings (and I do every day!!) but there just seems to be so much bad news at the moment- 2 of my friends have passed away in the last month (thanks for your lovely message by the way), the first 44 years old and the second just turned 35!! No age at all! And beautiful, lovely souls, not a harmful bone in either of their bodies! :( Anyway, on a much lighter note, glad to have you back here and raring to go again!! You'll shift those last extra pounds in no time!!XXX
