Diary of a binge eater.

Another gd day under my belt, enjoyed a lovely quiet day just chilling with my kiddies, we decided to watch hop and the kids were munching on Easter eggs I was happy with a kit Kat. This is the most control I've had around choc usually I'd be munching with them.

B- wheatabix & banana
L- egg beans & mushroom on toast
T- jacket potato, beans, coleslaw & salad
Hex a- milk & cheese hex b- bread & wheatabix

Syns- kit Kat 5.5, Jacob thins-5.5, McCain jacket spud-1 coleslaw-4

Snacks- melon, apple & banana

Spin burning 600 cals
 
So frustrated with myself. Ended up binging very late last night. There wasn't a reason for it I wasn't hungry, tired,upset and defiantly didn't feel deprived. I think it's because I felt so good about my self and was doing so well it's almost like I have to stuff it up for my self because I don't deserve it.

I'm not dwelling on it and I'm not going to let it turn in to two days, I can still get a loss on mon if I focus.
I'm going to try and limit syns but not to much so I feel deprived and also drink a lot of water to flush it out.
 
Aw hun. Least your not letting it affect you too much and are back to plan today. You WILL get a loss on Monday. Positive thoughts xx
 
Pleased to report I somehow managed to loose a 1lb, I'm pleased with that. Im 13st 7lb so I'm setting myself a mini target to work towards. I want to be in the 12's by the first of may.
 
Poorly sick today :( got bad ear ache and sore throat. Case of having to get over it us women have no choice lol. Managed to stay on plan.

B- scrambled egg on toast
L-smash pizza, topped with tom puree mushrooms,onion,sweet corn & cheese
T- jacket potato, tuna mayo & salad

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- bread & tuna

Snacks- melon,grapes & banana
Syns- mayo-5, instant mash-1 McCain jacket potato-1.

Total- 7

No exercise don't feel we'll enough.

Maybe you need a bit of 'you' time. Your doing so much lately.

Ugh rough couple off days, had a carb overload and tummy feels yuck. I think in going to try a few red days. Anyone know any good recipes?

Going to leg, bums & tums tonight haven't been to that one for a while. I remember the pain lol.
 
Oh hun! Still feeling rough? I don't do red days as rarely eat meat so can't offer any advice but I wish you luck.

Oh and good luck for the exercise - I went to that class once and haven't been back since! I couldn't walk up stairs or sit down properly for days! Lol x
 
I'm feeling much better today, woke up feeling really positive & ready to crack on. Just hope I can pull it back before wi for a small loss.
The weather forecast for the weekend is giving me a kick up the bum it's supposed to be 19 degrees here and there's no way I feel comfortable to get the arms and legs out yet lol.

Lbt what a killer my legs where shaking like a leaf, gonna keep it up as my thighs are huge and need some serious toning. :)

Another great day, had some good news this morning my daughters got into the school I wanted. This I's a massive weight off my mind as my eldest has learning difficulties and moving him would of been disastrous. Stood and done about 6 hrs worth of ironing today, no joke, so just sitting and relaxing.

B- 2 meat free sausages, egg, mushrooms grilled tomatoes. Wm bread
L- smash pizza, salad
T- meat free meatballs in a Tom sauce, mushrooms, onion, sweet corn, peppers

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- bread & cashews

Syns- sauges-3, meatballs-3

Snacks- grapes,apple, banana & muller yog

Exercise- spin 500 cals

Gd day took the kids swimming, there's nothing like seeing my reflection in a swimming costume to make me not wanna binge lol.

The last couple of days I've been tracking my calories through my fitness pal. I was curious and it was great but today I've eaten quiet a lot over my intake even though I've had a good on plan day I could feel it leading to a binge as I felt like I was failing so I've deleted the app. I may have eaten a lot but its all on plan so I'm not gonna worry.

B- meat free sausage,mushrooms,egg a slice of wm bread.
L- egg, lettuce,cucumber,tomato,beet root &picked onion.
T- spicy lasagne, sweet potato wedges, salad

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- bread & cashews

Snacks- grapes, banna & apple
Syns, sausage-1.5, cheese sauce- 4.5, breakaway-5, mexican chilli- 2

I think calorie counting can be obsessive especially for people with our tendency :)
Well done for recognising that and deleting the app xx
 
Bad binge last night. I'm just self sabataging. I have a few good days, can feel my body changing from all the exercise then bang I binge

All I can do is try again. I'm not goin to be to strict with syns as I know it will lead to a binge tonight & its wi in 2mo.

I haven't had a binge free week since before Christmas I need to get my act together I'm not spending another year looking and feeling like this.
 
Ditto. In the same boat hun.

It is self-sabotage, we both do it, but why? We deserve to feel good about ourselves.

I'm not restricting syns to make up for it either, lets just carry on as if it hadn't happened x
