I've had a really busy couple of days but I've stayed on plan whoop whoop. That's a first just hope I can keep it up and make a full week.

Mondays food

B- wheatabix
L- chicken and tomato pasta bake
T- quorn peppered steaks, chips & mushy peas.

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- wheatabix & chicken

Snacks- pineapple
Syns - hoola hoops. 6.5

Tues food-

B- wheatabix
L- lasagne, spicy wedges salad
T- chicken & tomato pasta

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- chicken & wheatabix

Snacks- pineapple

Syns- walkers crisps 7, cheese sauce 4.5, mexican chilli- 1, bite of daughters sausage- 2

1 hr body pump

Wednesday food-

B- wheatabix
L- cheese cob
T- chips, mushy peas & gravy

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- wheatabix & wm cob

Snacks- 3 boiled eggs, 4 satsumas
Syns - a choc crispy cake- 7 gravy- 3

Total syns for week- 31, 71 left

I feel exhausted today but I'm really proud that I've stayed on plan.

Another good day under my belt.

B- wheatabix
L- sushi
T- beef rice, large salad, birds eye garlic & herb chicken breast & mushy peas ( but random but was lovely)

Hex a-milk & soft cheese
Hex b- wheatabix & ryvita

Snacks- pineapple, banana
Syns- sushi-3, chicken- 8

Total- 10 ( weekly left 61 )

Really couldn't be bothered but went to lbt and enjoyed it also walked 4 mile today.
 
Phew got through a crazy work week. The shop is really taking off I sold 7 Ralph Lauren tops yesterday. I've got new batch of stock coming mon so that'll be another busy week.

Yesterday's food. I had 4 small meals today just needed them but they where all on plan

B- shredded wheat
L- chese spread cob, cucumber sticks hula hoops
T tomato, pasta, peas & sweet corn
T- mexican rice & baked beans

Hex a- milk & low low cheese
Hex b- wm cob & shredded wheat

Snacks- banana
Syns- hula hoops 6.5 ( 54.5 left )

Exercise- 500 cal burnt at spin

Today's going to be tricky I'm taking the kids shoe shopping and not sure weather well eat or not also I'm going with my gran and she'll sometimes treat us to coffee but also order a sausage roll or cake etc I'm not going to stress about it I'm just going to try and make the best choices I can.
 
Fab day yesterday hun! And so pleased the shop is taking off! Well done.

Don't stress about today, things like that are part of life x
 
Yesterday was a disaster. We went to a pub for lunch, I had a chicken burger & chips then choc fudge cake. Also had a massive hot choc with cream later. So whilst eating this I thought its ok its a treat, I've been so good but no I can't have a treat like a normal person I had to carry it on when I got home.

I'm not dwelling I'm going to be super good today then that's 6 100% days. I haven't had a week that good since before Xmas.
 
Don't beat yourself about about it hun. As you said, on the whole, you haven't had a week this good since Xmas. That's a positive. You should be pleased xx
 
Good day, been mega lazy just catching up on tv and watching disney films with kids

B- shredded wheat
L- pasta quiche, beans
T- sw roast potatoes, veg, gravy & 2 Yorkshire puds

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- shredded wheat

Snacks- banana & pineapple and muller yoghurt

Syns- stuffing-4. Yorkshire pudding-4, gravy-2 Ricky bar-5
 
Wi today I'm really hoping for a loss and praying that sat hasn't ruined all my hard work :)
 
I've lost 5 lbs, feel amazing. I'm now 13stone 2lb im going for 3 this week so I can be in the 12's


I finally feel like my heads in the right place and I can do this :)

Instead of treating my self to food I've treated myself to a dowe egberts coffee the hazelnut flavour its lush! Oh and little ones just been tucking into chips and curry sauce & I'm not even bothered. I've enjoyed pasta quiche instead.
 
Super busy day, cancelled body pump as I had to wait in for a delivery but still got plenty of body magic in doing the house work.

Snacks- 2 apples, 1 slice wm bread with peanut butter.
