Oops haven't updated since Wednesday.

Ok well can't remember now regarding breakfast and dinner but tea was fish with sautéed cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and garlic with a side salad - only remembered as picture attached haha

Then Friday again can't recall now but was good but as having Friday nights off I know I wasn't really counting HEA's correctly and I know I finished my meal with some chocolate :) Dinner was salmon steak grilled with steamed broccoli and green beans with dauhinoure (can't spell haha) potatoes... using potatoes, leeks, phily light garlic and herb cheese, a teaspoon butter, 200ml soya milk and mozzarella cheese (it's about 2 hea's per portion)

Saturday - not even bothering as that's my off plan 100% sw day haha went to my husbands granddads 85th birthday tea party so had Rose and buffet food and cakes (my cakes that I made, see attached photo of these) omg they are sooooooo delicious :) it's a plain sponge cupcake with a vanilla buttercream Rose frosting three words... To...die...for!! :)

Ooh and wi on Friday was 8/4 still whoo hoo :) do will wi again next Friday. Also now upto day 1 level 3 30ds and start back aerobics on Monday and Thursday as my instructor back off holiday yey!
 
Thanks hun. I am still practicing but got my first proper "job" next Saturday. I have been asked to do cupcakes for my friends engagement party so just practicing with my new 2D Rose tip. That was the best of a few dodgy looking ones and I am not being modest haha x

To be determined I want lamb shank with steamed broccoli and green beans with a HEB of new potatoes

Husband is begging for a takeaway curry eek so if I do allow this :) it will be 1/2 portion of chicken rogan Josh (180g) think the full portion is 6.5 so will just call it 4 syns to over compensate and have it with boiled rice...so can switch to EE day and will make some sw chips to go with it.
 
Tea - I won :) so stuck with the aldi rosemary and mint lamb shank at 3.5 syns

Haha and it was gorgeous and well worth 3.5 syns and I usually don't use syns on main meals...usually just the hard stuff (chocolate hmmmmm yum)

He was like "ooh when can we have a curry" told him not this weekend but next weekend as we have friends over so the likelihood of us having takeaway is near on set in stone anyway :) x
 
Ok so I actually managed to go a whole day without weighing myself yey that's a small victory for me as I am a serial weigher. I only ever weigh at work and as I am only PT I am not back in now until Wednesday so got to resist the temptation again and then weigh in on Friday...I hope I can do it :)

Haha they are yummy and one of my fav's. I love them and jumbo caramel snack jacks, pink and White wafers and packet of mcvities mini choc chip digestive biscuits hmmmmm now I am hungry need to get to work soon so I can have my cereal haha x
