UPDATE

Mixed bean Chilli (mixed beans, E lean mince, onions, peppers, mushrooms, courgette and lots of spices) had it with steamed brown rice and smoked paprika/cayenne pepper chilli chips with a tbsn of homemade garlic Mayo (1syn)

I say virtually syn free as there is 150ml of red wine in it but the whole thing is in our passive saucepan and my husband had twice the size chilli portion to me and it's still half full (ready for tomorrow) so would say it's about 6 portions really so syns will be minimal.

I haven't made chilli in so long and that really makes me want it! Yum!!
 
Thursday 18th August 2011 - EE Day

Breakfast
Went Toby cavern for breakfast :) so just going to call it 10/15 syns so won't have anymore today but totally worth it especially with the B.O.G.O.F voucher :) so only cost me £2.95

bacon FF
X1 Sausage (syn)
Scrambled eggs - say 1/2 HEA and FF
Beans - FF
Hash brown (syn)
Some sort of onion potato thing (syn)
Button mushroom SF
Grilled tomatoes SF
X2 wholemeal roast HEB

Dinner
As had a LARGE breakfast at 10am only had fruit salad and yogurt for dinner SF & FF

Tea
Left over chilli as above SF & FF
Brown rice FF
Sw smoked paprika and cayenne pepper chips FF

1 hour high impact aerobics class

It was amazing (well for the price) and it had all the above plus a White/brown bread station with butters and jams and a unlimited tea/coffee station. Was a nice treat :) x

Omg I have been a "piggy" this weekend eek. It started Friday night with far too much homemade chocolate brownie that I made and Saturday was just picking all day as was making cupcakes for my friends engagement party... (pictures attached) also the mess that was my kitchen after lol

Today has been a good day thou phew need a MAJOR detox though as only two weeks until holidays YEY

Exercise : Day 8 @ level 3 30DS (didn't do shred yesterday didn't have time with all the baking I did)

Weight : 8/5 as of 19/08/11 but that will be my BIG breakfast fry up on Thursday...but I enjoyed it, and this weekend! Def needed a blow out

Thank you I "had" to taste test them of course to see if they were worthy of being given to my friend... Had 3 in total eek and I say that as EEEKK! As I know what's in them and the approx synage as well...bad laura :)
 
Wow, those cakes look amazing! I love baking :) Made some honey cookies for my Mum's boyfriend the other day as I felt the need to bake. I didn't eat one, but I did lick the wooden spoon (and syned it!) and they were good :D x
