Hi Mandy hope all is well with you. Back now after 2 weeks "partying"; resulted in me gaining 4lbs but today when I weighed in I had lost that 4lbs so really chuffed. Not doing much cooking as too hot. Eating mainly salads, fruit and yogurts and using my healthy choices on bread and cheese. Using syns for drink and nibbles.
Here we go again...
Am so ready for this, I feel bloated and horrible. I always think it's strange that when I let rip and eat anything I want I end up feeling rubbish.
A lovely peaceful weekend for me as OH is driving his mum back to Inverness and staying for a few days to catch up with friends and family. Timeout is exactly what I need after the last few weeks, I wouldn't be without my Hubster, but I lurve being on my own
I haven't a clue what I weigh at the moment, there's a group on Tuesday night that might suit me so I'm going to try to get to that. If not I'm going to do it myself with help from this forum (thanks ladies) and weigh in at home on Wednesdays.
OH Mandy you don`t sound so good. It is funny how we feel rubbish after eating all in sight.
I do hope this time to yourself helps some. Maybe you could do some meal planning. lol
I don`t like having too much time to myself, the day tends to drag a bit. I knowI can always find something to do but don`t always feel like it. Take no notice of me, feeling a bit weird today. Sugars not feeling good.
Do you feel that you may feel easier doing it from home rather than a class? I prefer to go to class if only so somebody else weighs me.
When was the last time you were weighed. Can you pull back any damage by Tuesday. I`m sure you can.
