ok so weekend wasn't too good. I had family down and a party Saturday night so unfortunately did not count. Although to be fair I really wasn't that bad. I am going to stick to just 29pp today with no weeklies. Then wi tomorrow and start afresh for the week.

Ok so after by little weekend slip up, I nervously jumped on the scales this morning.
I am pleased to report a loss of 3lb :-D
I am now aiming for a 100% this week and am also taking up running again today as my knees are feeling better. I just hope that doesn't make me gain weight as a few weeks ago before my knee problems it led to me gaining a few pounds.

I was very pleased with the loss, especially as I went off plan on the weekend. I am going to stick 100% this week as I would like to be in the 10s next week :-D
Done my run this evening and my knees didn't hurt yipee!! I did week 2 of couch 2 5k and am hoping it will be plain sailing from here. The only negative of running is it makes me feel more hungry!!
You need to eat more if you exercise anyway Eat your activity points! Drink some milk/have a banana, post-workout snacks are really important and can help to soothe stomach cramps! Glad to hear your knees didn't hurt - well done on the run!
