True, there is a lot of conflicting stuff out there. Like (something completely different but....) they have this fruity drink here and they advertise it to be sooooooo healhty, blahblah. But it has LOADS of added sugar in it!! And if you don't check the calorie / nutrition info you'd never know because they advertise it as superhealthy. :mad:

Almonds rock. :D They take a lot out of my daily allowance money though.. :D:D

Speaking of almonds, I should go buy some.. if only the hail would stop. Weather here is terrible!!

I hope u dont mind but i have just read ur diary and i must say u r an INSPIRATION!!

I to have battled with my wieght after my parents split up when i was younger right through my teens. At my slimmiest i was 8stone and at my heaviest i was 12stone (Heavy for my 5foot 1 height) i now weigh just under 10stone and i am hoping to reach my goal of 8st 7lbs by 27th March :)

I have lost 32lbs on Lipotrim and started Cambridge yesterday. Looking forward to getting to kno u.

It can be rough dealing with emotions and food, some of us don't do it the right way and end up eating to much. ;) I was certainly one of those.

You're doing really well though. Good luck with the last bit on Cambridge, I'm sure you'll do really great!

I hope you don't find me pushy when I say it's important to, if you have these still, deal with feelings that make you want food. If you deal with them you will be less likely to overeat after your diet which seems like a good thing, to me! :p

I am now able to eat healthily although i still struggle when im bored as this is when i tend to binge.

I found that going to the gym of an evening after worked really helped with this, i actually look forward to the gym now and couldnt imagine ever giving it up lol

Looking forward to reaching my goal and maintaining my weight :)

Soooooo. Today I did okay, had a bit too much choccie but will go for walk tonight or long bikeride tomorrow to make up for it.

Hahah yes, but I'm usually at a total loss of words so it'd literally be blablabla :D

Watching X factor and actually downloading some supersize vs. superskinny. ;) I looooooove that show. I see the really skinny people as what I do NOT want to be and the fat as where I came from though they're both extreme of course... Heheh!! Shame they don't air it here anymore, they used to.....

I love that show. I like thelady with the brown hair too who checks out all the weird diet stuff that's going on!

I've just been on a huuuge really fast against the.. err, wind? bikeride burning about 1300calories. I went with mum and dad.. I went really fast mum went really damn slow so I had to stop once every while coz I had no idea where we were going. Hate that she ALWAYS wants t come along with everything, always. Its as if she'd never dare let my dad be alone with me :confused: Really freaking annoys me. Could've been home 30mins earlier if she'd been faster. :mad::mad:

Anyway, coughing pretty bad now and my chest hurts big time. Maybe I over did it.. :(

Ah well. At least I can totally enduldge in my dinner tonight and have a evil tv snack ;-) Have about 800calories left now of my normal calories and I can add at least 1000 (taking into account I burn something when doing nothing! ;)) making my left calories @ 1800 calories.. oh my gosh.

I'd had about 700 before we left, wanted to be sure i had a good bottom of food before attemting such a challange. I think I did really well and me and dad agreed to do this 1x every weekend. I really enjoy this tired, ohmygoshmylegsaresoooheavy-feeling really.. :p

So I had a fun day waking up. :eek:

I am @ TOTM and I had taken all the precautions I could (both the.. god I dont know the word, in my undies and tampon!! a huge one!!) and I woke up in BLOOD. GROOS GROOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSS GROSSSSSSSSSSSSS :cry:

That's so horrible to wake up in. Haven't had that in YEARS. Bah!! Everything was bloody. :(:mad::mad:

Then I stood on the scales right after I'd washed up and stuff and it said 69,7!!!!! I nearly got a heart attack!! I'd been around 68-68.5 all the time.. Decided not to panic myself too much, tried to get some more sleep but obviously couldn't. Just got on the scales again it said 68,9!!!! :mad: What the hell!!!!?? -0,8kilograms (is around 1,8- 2 pounds I think?) in an hour????? :mad::mad::mad:

Stupid TOTM :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

So, been okay today foodwise. We bought some amazing cookiespread for on bread.. omgosh it's sinfully delish!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had some and omg.. T_T.

I also had some choccie, fish veg and rice for dinner and a little bit of lowfat icecream for dinner.

I'm doing Special K for breakkie during the week and I find it really keeps me full in the mornings and I really enjoy it. I bought special K chocolate this weekend because I can't find it anywhere in city where I study LOL! Ahwell ;-) Been having it 2x a day 3 days last week, it's really lovely and it's low fat and has vits/mins etc etc. Yawns. It's a weeeeeee bit expensive though ah well!

I was in bath for 1.5hours, almost-sleeping in bio oil!!! Oops!! Sleeping there is evil!!!!!!!

Feeling a bit better today as in, no flood to wake up in ;)

Cough came back worse though and my voice is really suffering under the asthma inhaler :(

I had a biiiiit of choccies. (ahem :D a bit too much had this unsatisfyable craving XD) but will be burning quite a bit of calories tomorrow, weds and thurs biking to school so I won't fret over it ;)

I feel fat and superbloated but reckon that's TOTM talking. :mad: Hate her! Stupid TOTM probably has 0 friends bwuahua!!

Other than that.. um, I bough special K chocolate flakes. I have that most mornings.. I have also bought soy milk to try with it.. hope it's nice otherwise I'll have no milk for with my special K. :mad::mad:

Forgot to buy huuuuuuge box of tampons and pads so may have to go back to store later if I don't find any here. ;)

It was nice!! Really!! I wanted to try something different haha!! This was soy milk with extra calcium.. blahblah. Was okay but not as nice as real milk :))

Scales were up today but that was something I expected. Will lay off the chocolate for a bit haha!! Got today planned out, well except for dinner as I'm not cooking, so I should be okay. Will have around 640kcal without dinner leaving about 900ish for dinner which should be plenty.

Almost 6 weeks......

Since I came off CD. Time flies really, can't imagine how fast it's going. :confused:

I've gotten rather fond of special K chocolate for breakkie and sometimes have it for lunch when I'm too lazy to have anything else.

So far I've had special K x2, 1x soy milk and 1x vanilla milk (sorta.. no fat but it tasted SO gross!!)

Had 'schoolcookies' which are basically whole grain like cookies with fibre, vits and mins and some fruit and an apple as snack. Had about 600 calories so far, another 600 for dinner (satay, homemade with bread) and then 250-350ish for a slice of cake/pie...... you see.

I've just gotten the money from my fungalwaterdamagestuff back!!!! :D1021 euro's! Tons of money! Will obviously need it all but will deeeeefinately celabrate a little!! ;)

Been quite active today, cleaning, bikeriding and am gtting a bit hungry now. :mad: Hate hunger!!!!!!!

Edit: ok, not having cake. Have to be good. Bought cake for roomies but deliberately bought too little so I'll feel bad and not have any myself so they can have a decent piece!! Omg, I'm so good.

Bought myself some almonds just now coz I was STARVING!! which is much better than pie. It was apple/lemon crumble like pie... hmmm..

Not much to say. Been decent foodwise, don't try to ride your bike with wannabe-astma-symptoms and a bad cold.. it hurts like hell!!

Snot fungal face..........

... is here for another round of lovely germ-talk. :( My breathing is really bothering me coz of the change in weather (it's getting warmer and a lot less easy to breathe for me now!!) AND I have a daaarn cold on top of it.

I should marry a doctor later, I'd save myself so much money I swear to god! ;)

Had pizza hawaii tonight (no salad coz we didn't have any but the pizza had pineaapple (good excuse huh!)) from the -50% fat .. selection in the store. They have about 6 different ones, tried 3 of those already and other 2 don't appeal to me. 1 more to go which is the tuna one but they don't have it everywhere.

Gah!!

So.. yep, that's about it. HAHA!

Darn it I almost typed [/pizza] instead of the quote tag..... :confused: Pineapple on pizza is a whoooole different thing than pineapple without it isn't it? ;) Pizza makes it sooooooooo much better for you... think of the healthy carbs and tomato from tom sauce.. and err, the cheese for calcium!! :D
