Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Having my second V+C and munching on some pickled onions and cathedral city cheese - dang these vodka munchies.
 
Dont ya wish vodka munchies just didnt exist?!
Sometimes im ok but the majority of the time, especially if at home the munchies attack!! :sigh:
 
I think its boredom sometimes, like yesterday, out at the club from 1pm till 7pm, then to a friends house, and all I had was a few crisps and a few tuc crackers, home and straight to bed.
I know though if I was home, I would have eaten much much more.

Been okay today until Phill opened those darned NUTS.

Never say never hun, but dont rush into it until you are 100% sure.
Marriage is a wonderful committment, but there are so many years that you should live life to the full before making that committment.

Voice of experience........lol.

In other words, do as you are doing now - HAVE FUN!
 
hahahah ;) I'd much rather buy a house with someone - i see that a bigger commitment - than spend money on a marriage but who knows, never say never like ya say! :)
 
Well done on the 2lbs this week Mary, great loss.

Don't worry about only doing 10 minutes on the treadmill, that's better than nothing and more than I could do. I don't like running but really want to build up to it at the gym if I can. You'll do more next time without the influence of Mr Smirnoff the night before!
 
Todays Food.

Breakfast - Missed it, I was too busy this morning.
Lunch - 2 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs mixed with mayo, mixed small salad with a teaspoon of omega 3 seeds.
Dinner - Cod, Brocolli, Green Beans. Strawberries and Greek Yogurt.
Snack - 1 slice honeydew melon, 1 apricot, 2 plums.

Just had an edit to add a snack, so that can count as breakfast.

Week 1 Day 1 of Couch to 5k - Completed. Felt good too. 3.3 kilometers = 2.05052493 miles

Dinner was changed a bit, I just had some boiled cod in milk, not had that in years, then add some salt and pepper, it was beautiful. Also raspberries and strawberries with the Greek yogurt.
