Thanks girls.......definitely starting tomorrow.

My shifts have changed in work, still 4 on 4 off, but they have moved forward by 2 days, so I am now off on four days again, therefore now back in work until Saturday. Gives me four days at home, to get into this wii biggest loser challenge.

I feel really motivated and ready to get rid of this weight now.

How's it going with dem' sachets! Hope the motivations still up with you - im sure ur jumping about on the WII with a 2 litre bottle of water in each hand as I type! Lol
 
The challenge is quite good, it takes all your info, weight, height, measurements, and tests your fitness levels, then provides a plan for you. There is also a part to fill in with your daily calories, it has given me 1288 calories per day.

Would I use it consistently - Hmm, not too sure, but I will keep you all informed. I done about 30 minutes exercises, but to be honest, I prefer walking Maisey lol.

Stuck to two lipotrim sachets today and had chicken breast and brocolli and carrots for dinner.

Official weight today is 11st 5lbs, so I will be happy to lose about 9lbs.
 
Well done on the water Mary, that's alway a hard one to keep up with. I think I'm managing about 1.5 litres every day, got to up that really. How are you finding the sachets this time round? Bet you are doing fine. You will have those extra pounds off in no time.
 
Sachets are a little boring, but only a few left. From tomorrow I will have one for breakfast only and they should be finished around Sunday.

Food today
2 sachets for breakfast and lunch, steamed smoked river cobbler and carrots and brocolli for dinner.

Already had 2 pints of water and will try for another 2 as the day goes on.

Sachet for breakfast. Tinned chicken soup and 2 slices of w/m bread for lunch. Dinner will be chicken stir fry and a lf yogurt.

Had a good walk with Maisey today, the tops of my legs were aching by the time I got home, and I have also done one hour on the Wii this afternoon. Feeling good too.

EDIT - DINNER WAS TUNA AND SALAD, NO YOGURT, BUT I HAD AN APPLE AND ORANGE.

Oooh forgot to mention, I have not drank on these 4 days off, so I am going to have a couple of glasses of white tonight. Puts in diary to buy some Rose next time in Tesco as its half price at the moment.

Weigh next Tuesday Jan, but I will weigh in a day early as I am nights Monday and Tuesday.

Sneaky peek on the scales are showing a 3lb loss up to now, well chuffed with that and back to work tomorrow, so no temptations - unless they bring in doughnuts......lol.

Food today.
Breakfast - shake.
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of ham, salad. LF Yogurt.
Dinner - Steamed smoked river cobbler, brocolli, carrots, cauli.
 
What is it with donuts?!! Why are they everywhere?!! :giggle: Theres always some kind of cake product floating around the police office we use, heck theres even a board for your name to go on if you do something that requires you to buy the next batch!!!! :rotflmao:

Well done on the loss so far Mary, thats brilliant & food is looking super duper today!! :D
 
Looking good Mary, do you think that the LT breakfasts are the reason that your potential loss is looking so good? Perhaps I should've carried on last week....
 
I think a mixture of that and the low carb meals too. I am exercising every day with the dog too walking about 3 miles. Plus I only had alcohol one evening on my four days off. Long may it continue anyway lol.
