Thanks Jan...............had a couple of vodkas tongiht, and the only extra was 2 cheese slices (low fat), (Tesco own make) I need to keep my butt small for my G Star and Dolce and Gabanna Jeans as I am going to Switzerland in a few weeks to have a few days with my rich Uncle. Might even have a trip to Vegas in the middle of the week just for a gambling session :D

Hahhaa, not been for a good few months - I just love the duty free and mixing with the rich and famous on the slopes.

That must be what keeps my hips small.........now what do I do about the rest of my body?

Skiing moguls is good for abdominals Mary, bloody kills your knees though....then you might (k)need the crutches!

My knees have strengthened over the few times I have ski'ed Sandra, I just need to get away and practise it a little bit more that what I have done over the last few years. Will save the crutches for when I see them laying around idle in a hospital ward, and just use them to walk to the dispenser machine to get me mars bar" :D

Delighted with a 4lb loss this week, and thats only in six days. Its going the right way at last!

Food today - not too sure yet as I am nights tonight and tomorrow, will update later.

Thanks girls, I was well pleased, just the boost I needed to kick start my healthy eating again.

Food today.

Breakfast, Porridge with half milk and half water

Snack - Oxo cube made into a drink.

Lunch, 2 scrambled eggs with tomatoes and ryvita.

Supper, Chicken salad.
 
I'm loving ur menus recently - i really need to go on computer and copy/print them off for motivation methinks. Def also want to try the negative calorie soup thing too. Ooh this forum is good for thinspiration...

Edit - I meant the food other than the LP sachets obviously lol - it's just ideas of what to have as meals when I'm using maintenance products lol
