Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

oxo cube drink?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm loving ur menus recently - i really need to go on computer and copy/print them off for motivation methinks. Def also want to try the negative calorie soup thing too. Ooh this forum is good for thinspiration...

Edit - I meant the food other than the LP sachets obviously lol - it's just ideas of what to have as meals when I'm using maintenance products lol

Its good to get some inspiration from others menu's, nice to try different things.

WooHoo Mary!!! Well done you :D:D:D - great boost, keep it up :) xx

Thanks chick.

Tanya - just crumble an oxo cube into a cup, and add a little bit of salt and pepper, top up with boiled water and stir. Lovely and warm and makes you feel like you had something.

Well done on your loss Mary! And I think I should start a new trend with the crutches to combat the bingo wings. Also the muscle wastage that I have now have makes my legs look thinner! Lol.

That's brilliant Mary, well done x

Thank you.

My hips and legs are quite small, I am more the midrif myself....but I just cant get into sit-ups. :D

Ooo yeah I like an oxo or a bovril drink too, they do make you feel you've had something as you say :) xx

Blurgh! Think I'll pass on that one :giggle:

Mary!!!!! What a result! 4 lbs down. You are a beauty!
Ha ha the oxo/ bovril thing must be generational. I remember in my twenties how it was always a dieters trick to stave off the hunger. I liked bovril but was not so keen on oxo. Must get bovril this week this for the memory!

Well done on the loss Mary, great! I remember my mum making us hot oxo drinks years ago. Nice with marmite too (I know not marmite again!!).

Thanks Molly and Bev.

See Tanya, dont knock it till ya tried it girl ;)

Food today

Dinner, Chicken Breast, 2 tiny fat free roast potatoes, brocolli, cabbage, small bit of swede.

Will have to update later, I dont know what else I am having as I haven't brought anything to work - looks like a trip to Asda later.

We all know how your asda trips go ........ holiday clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :giggle:

Food yesterday was back to front.

Dinner - Chicken breast, 2 tiny roasties, brocolli, swede, cabbage.
Lunch - Cuppa soup, WW Spag Bol.
Breakfast - Fresh pineapple with a muller corner yogurt poured over it (Delish!!!)

Not much water yesterday though, will aim to increase that a bit today.

Keep the water intake up Mary. Really helps flush away the fat. You eat less too as 80% of the time we feel hungry it is water our bodies are looking for. I deffo eat more on days I have not been good with the water.

Well done for not raiding Asda ;) xx

Yes, I was pleased I didnt give into the temptation Jan ;)

Agree with you Molly :D

Menu Today.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk, 1 low fat cheese slice :confused:

Snack - Cup of fresh coffee and a Cadburys Mini Roll.

Lunch - Tuna with side salad.

Dinner - Bacon, Egg, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, 2 Ryvita.

Might have a tipple tonight ;)

Ah so we're swapping places - you're having the tipple - I'm going to work. I'm gonna feel bad leaving Max & Lola in their own all night and then coming in and leaving them again to go to bed :( - Mind you that'll soon change if they bark the way they barked all this morning stopping me from having my usual 'starting work tonight' lie-in. Only had 6 hrs sleep so I'll be battling the drooping eyelids tonight ;) xx

Its all too easy to just pick a cheese slice outta the fridge when theyre there isnt it! :giggle: mmmm cheeeeesssseeeee!!! x
