Even though I am happy with the 2lb loss, I am a little disappointed, as my last couple of days off, I did over-eat a bit, so it could have been 3-4lb off........but hey-ho, I DID have a great time.

It was lovely to speak to Tanya and Vanessa too ;-)

Mary, don't be hard on yourself over the potential for a 3-4lb loss. 2lbs is nice and steady yet allowing you to enjoy life. 80/20 that's my motto now!
