Oh another thing I forgot to add - going through the menopause at the moment, and my last period was August last year, so I have gone 7 months with nothing, which has been brilliant - until yesterday morning, oh yes.............it came back GRRR.

I tried them for a month Molly, but they didn't really make any difference, so I stopped having the milk, as I preferred the taste of normal milk.

I should have seen this coming though, as my b00bs were really tender last week, and I also had a couple of nasty little boils, which I used to get regularly before TOTM. :cry::cry::cry:

Well fingers crossed I go another 7 months after this one. I had a terrible headache yesterday afternoon too, and that's something I never suffer from. Must all be to do with the same thing, but I feel great today, with the exception of my old friend.

Brought 2 maintenance products to work with me today, so I will try and stick with those and black teas in work today, then just have chicken and salad tonight when I get home.

Yes been good in work today, feeling hungry now though. Just had 2 replacements, a little water, few black teas/coffees, but will demolish my dinner tonight lol.

Weird eh? You don't agree with HRT do you Molly? I swear by it.....only on a low dose oestrogen only and will stop when I get to 52......I've had a hysterectomy so no periods for nearly 6 yeas

I wouldn't have HRT Sandra, I have had heart problems in the past, so just happy to leave it run its course. Shouldn't be too many years now

I didnt have much, about 3/4 of a small tin of red salmon and 2 boiled eggs.

Dinner - Small tin of tuna in brine, 2 boiled eggs.

I have got some friends in work to order some free maintenance samples from lipotrim, so I have a little bit of stock now - happy days!

Hahaha, I did it too, but I have different family and friends doing it for me this time.

Mmm just having my tuna and egg now with a little honey and mustard dressing - its delicious. Why is it when we are being really good, the food tastes awesome, but yet when we eat normally, its not just as nice?!?
