Oh my goodness,what a day. I have not stopped eating, other-wise, fine, although very tired for my nightshift as I only slept 3 hours today.
Got in from work this morning and ate
*2 slices w/m bread with scraping of butter and blackcurrant jam.
Woke up at 11am, and eventually went downstairs about midday and ate (wait for it)
* 1 grapefruit (started really good eh!)
* bowl of lentil soup (still not bad) but gets worse
* 3 ginger nuts
* another 3 ginger nuts
* 2 chocolate digestive
* pack of McCoys salted crisps
* LF yogurt (got to have something healthy
Decided to go back to bed and see if I could sleep - but to no avail.
Back downstairs at 4 o clock
* 6 oatcakes with Philly lite
* 1 tangerine.
Showered and came to work, brought small portion of spag bol with me
I just dont know what was wrong with me today, I ate and ate, and I wont be weighing in the morning, because I am working nightshift.
Its my Birthday tomorrow and we are out for a meal, and a few drinks.
I am doing a couple of extra shifts this week, Thursday nightshift and Saturday dayshift, so my plan is to shake baby shake on Thursday and take it from there.
