Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

I asked in Tesco the other week, and they said they had some issues with (cant think of the word) it wasn't up to spec, but when I went to Asda last week, they had loads of it, 2 for £4 so I bought 2 smoked, 2 plain and 2 salmon steaks.
 
Thay haven't had it in our our Tesco or Asda for AGES! :( xx
 
I get mine from the fish counter though Jan, don't I remember you saying before that you bought it from the fridges, already packed?

Weighed this morning and -2lbs, so another 1lb to lose the carb overload from the other day.

Brought 2 shakes and an apple for work, and I will have the same as last night for dinner when I get home tonight.

Working T, but otherwise fine.

Have decided to have a WW fresh meal, probably balti and rice as one of the guys is going over to Asda. Thought it better to have something healthy than deprive myself - :) My excuse anyway. ;)

L - WW Red Thai chicken curry and Jasmine Rice - this was really lovely, and 9pp if you were following the WW plan. 1 apple.
D - Half a smoked river cobber, poached egg, small salad.

Hmmm, might give the WW PP another go. Really enjoyed that curry and it is handy for work. What was it again, 29 daily PP and 49 slushies?

Going to have a couple of Amaretto's tonight :)

That's right Mary - 29 and 49 - not sure you'd lose on that but you should certainly sts! Whilst coming to terms with your enemy dying that should be enough to aim for! :)

I've had river cobbler from chiller cabinets AND the fresh fish counter in the past Mary .... it's nowhere to be found now :( xxx
 
Well thats crazy, because there was loads in Asda again today, but I cant get it in Tesco.

Well I have decided not to do the WW PP hahahaa, I know, I change my mind like the wind.

Tomorrow though, I am going to have - Even though coping with the enemy, I would like to lose a little, so menu tomorrow will be.......

B - shake.
L - WW Meal, yogurt.
S - Tin of tomatoes, 3 ryvita, 1 apple.

Thats the plan for the moment anyway ;)
 
RIGHT!! Off to Asda in the morning to see if they've got it in up here too!!!! Ta girl :):) xx

Thank you Molly. Feeling really pleased with myself, even tho I am eating a little too much on some days, but at least if I give myself a 3 month deadline, I can tackle any/if weight I gain. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Just had a shock now, and looked at the calories of the tin of tomatoes I have with me for lunch, mis read it as 195 kcal for half a tin, I thought, blooming eck, I would be better with a sandwich instead of a tin of toms at nearly 400 kcals. Luckily I was reading the wrong part :)
 
Lol though a tin of tomato is not something I'd fancy for lunch. I'd rather a few of the real thing with a bit of chopped beetroot and scallion. Yum!
 
Oh me too, but I have worked so many shifts over the last 10 days, I haven't had a chance to do a proper shop, so its just a use up whats there day, I'm afraid........plus good on the calories ;)
 
Just ate my lunch now, and to be completely honest - I really enjoyed my tin of tomatoes, much more than I thought I would :)
 
OMG Mary - you had me worried there for a sec!! :eek:

I like tinned toms - throw in a few mushrooms and maybe a spring onion ... :) xx
 
Stuck to what I listed today, with the exception of 1 more apple, and 2 Morgans Spiced, but after all the shifts I have done lately, I think I deserve it. :)

I know Jan, I worried too when I mis-read the can lol.

L - MRB
D - WW Meal, yogurt.

S - apple.

Will see what tomorrow brings ;)
