Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Thank you all for your good wishes, I did have a lovely day, but am paying the price today.

Food yesterday.

B - 2 cream crackers with a slither of cheese
D - Chicken and bacon tower in a cheese crust with plum sauce, salad garnish, peas and jacket potato.
S - Packet of crisps.

Tooooooo much vodka, that I cant even remember going to bed, but I do remember having really bad cravings for the enemy, but didnt succumb.

Woke up feeling rough this morning, so Phill brought me

B - 2 slices of toast and a cuppa tea in bed (thank you Phill)
D - Faggots, chips, peas, B+B.
S - Working tonight, so have made a ham salad sandwich for work.

I was going to start my diet today, but I felt way too rough, so it is on hold until tomorrow.

I will catch up with the threads tonight in work.

Thank goodness Birthdays only come once a year :D

Working with two different people tonight, and an extra shift on Saturday, so that I can take extra time off over the bank holiday weekend, as we are off to Leeds Fri - Sun, then Nottingham to see my Son on the Monday. Well they are having chinese food tonight - guess who is having chicken curry, half rice and chips :)
 
Enjoy the chicken curry. I love Chinese food.

Have a lovely time Mary. I'm a great chinese lover too! Must be the chinese blood in me! It is something I do miss now only eating halal. Can never find any halal chinese takeaways and cooking it at home is never the same!
 
Well I ended up only eating about half of the curry - it wasn't that nice to be honest, not a patch on the curry I get in my local - oh well, all well and good really, or I would have eaten the lot...... :)

Food yesterday - very bad.

D - 2 Aberdeen angus burgers on bread rolls, cheese and onions.
* - McCoys Cheese and onion crisps.
Supper - 2 rolls with butter and jam.

Bread, bread, bread...............lol.

Oh well, today is a new day. WI this morning and the scales are definitely working. 11st 9lbs. 3lb gain, but I know this will just be heavier with the bread - nonetheless, tis a day on the shakes today.

Working my second extra shift, so brought two shakes with me. I will see how I feel tonight as to whether I have another shake, or a healthy meal.

Just enjoying my first shake of the day, strawberry with lots of ice cubes. I have decided I will have another shake later, then a MRB tonight when I get home.

Stick at it hon - if you can do that you'll get rid of the carb/water gain immediately! xx
 
I felt really hungry about an hour before finished work, so PHill got me a smoked river cobber out of the freezer, so when I came home I had half of the fish (kept the other half for tomorrow) with a small salad and a poached egg.

Back to 2 shakes in work again tomorrow, then the remainder of the fish tomorrow night.
 
OOO Luverly ... Hey! What's happened to river cobbler??? Can't seem to get it anywhere???!!! xx
